First off where do you think a terrorist is going to obtain a hydrogen bomb? This is highly advanced technology, nobody is building a hydrogen in bomb in a cave.Well, the hydrogen bomb alone is 100 times more powerful than the atom bomb, and its radiation effect envelopes much more ground. The atom bomb is very much outclassed and out of production, get with the times!
Not sure if a nuclear bomb will leave a little black box for us to tell who did it, the only way we would know who did it would be from the spy network or vocalized threat.
Its not illegal, sorry.

I still see NO reason why a percieved threat is enough to invade a soveriegn country.
As far as the wars legality, that is debatable maybe you should read the link you posted. The war exists in a legal "grey" area as far as international law is concerned. The fact that intelligence reports were falsified should provide enough impetus to impeach Bush. Clinton lies about a blow job and we consider impeachment, Bush overrides the constitution and we do nothing . . .
I was in Washington DC when the plane flew into the Pentagon, it was quite frightening. So you support the continuation of failed foreign policy because you think it will protect us from another attack? I really don't understand peoples logic.
Take my freedom I'm afraid
Take my children and send them to war I'm afraid
Tap my phone, read my e-mail, search me at the airport I'm afraid
This country was not built on fear but on the backs of COURAGEOUS Americans, that never stopped fighting for their liberty. You spit on them by supporting a $168 billion dollar "War on Terror".
What I really want to know is WHY you would support something so obviously counter-productive, reactionary, and fear based. I have yet to hear a logical answer to this question . . .
