Don't Say Gay

It bans talking about sex and sexual preferences. Whats so hard to comprehend? Why get offended and say ohh they cant say gay when in reality its much more than that. Its about not talking about sex because thats a parents job and those kids are young as hell at that age and its inappropriate for a teacher to be talking to kids that young about sex period.
Where are these videos? I've never seen any teachers talking about sex at that age. You mean they can discuss extended families but not families with gay parents? Why are children required to be reported to their parents? Are the parents expected to make some kind of "correction"? Is the child expected to be told to shut up and never say gay until 4th grade?

At that point a parent should be made aware of that situation. They can deal with it. It’s up to the teacher on how to handle that. But it shouldn’t be encouraged or exorbitantly celebrated in a way that promotes or encourages it. That’s where the problem lies. There are bad apples that actively promote and encourage it. That’s not in any child’s best interest at that young of an age.

Name names. Leave the hypothetical "they" and name names. Who are "they"? As if there is a huge population of monsters trying to turn kids gay.

That can't be done, btw. So you are just talking out your ass. If you aren't, then name names. How many teachers are trying to turn kids gay and how do you know this?

Promote what? Inclusiveness? Is that what frightens you? Someday the LGBTQ community will no longer be excluded perhaps even ambraced?

I guess I'm dense. Where is the sex? Two men or two women together doesn't constitute sex. It constitutes two individuals together but you're drawing a conclusion of sex. What's the "situation", a child dealing with life? Doesn't that create a "situation", a child and his parents being singled out, ostracized? Do you think the child wouldn't understand that? They know. It guarantees the child's fears. The child can't trust adults.

Doesn't seem much like "freedom" to me either, especially with legal vigilante parents that have already shown a tendency towards violence. It also seems a bit unconstitutional but who decides, vigilante parents?

I don't think this thing has been thought through very well in legal or real-life terms.
