War

It's what Israel thinks about it that counts they can lobby America for Ukrainian support to punish Russia. They can pull the rug right out from under the magats with a statement of Ukrainian support against a common threat.

The Russian Link between the World's Instability

In the tumultuous global situation that the world finds itself today, Gen. Ben Hedges explains why the wars in Ukraine and Israel are linked and what is likely to happen next, including how Israel could realistically use nuclear weapons and if Iran itself will join the conflict, gives fresh insight as to how very complicated global situation is spiraling out of control - which is all the more reason for America to lead.

Gen. Hodges, a vocal supporter of Ukraine, leaves no doubts as to what the US must do now if we wish to defeat the terrorists waging war against Israel and to help Ukraine achieve a lasting victory.

Given a complicated world, where Israel, Ukraine, and other American partners are in conflict, the US needs to be prepared. However, the US is still "not serious" about its defense industry and improving its ability to prepare for war.

He's right, can you blame them for the contempt they have towards their marks, another grifter. Unfortunately for him he's a bit too dark for your average republican voter and most probably think he's a Muslim or some other heathen.
he's either from India or Pakistan one for the 2 i'm guessing

He thinks the voters are morons.
That's how his smarmy attitude comes across. Doesn't matter how true it is, if he wants to be a successful politician he has to convincingly pretend he loves them.

He also comes across as intelligent, which probably turns off the morons - and makes everyone else realize just how smarmy he is.

This is just his first try, though. Call it a "practice run." If he has the endurance and interest for politics, he will get better.

And yes, he is brown. With a significant portion of GOP voters, that's a non-starter.

He like the rest of the Trump clones are looking for Trump's VP slot and a ticket to be POTUS when the SCOTUS disqualifies him from the general election. It looks like they might not disqualify him for the GOP primaries which will mean the death of the republican party one way or another if they nominate him. He will be going down in court during the primaries and will be convicted well before the convention and facing disqualification as soon as he files the papers to run in the states, from his prison cell. He would likely wait until the deadline to file those papers too and will leave the GOP high and dry on the eve of the election. That is what the Trump clones are hoping for, the VP pick will replace him on the ballot. Chris Christy has a different plan, if Donald is disqualified so is his running mate and the GOP field will be wide open with the election weeks away, chaos.

The above is an entirely likely to happen, judging from recent events and the call made by a state supreme court, the party nominee is not a public office so the 14th doesn't apply to primaries. However, it does apply to the general election IMO and we might have to wait until Trump actually files to run in a state for a case to be made.

We will soon see if the other candidates "suspend" their campaigns, like Pence did, he didn't really drop out. No point in blowing money if King Shit is gonna take it anyway. Their chance will come later, after he is convicted and likely jailed upon conviction and therefore muzzled, nominee or not, he is likely to be convicted and jailed before he is the party nominee anyway, that happens at the convention in the summer.

With a degree from Liberty University and still a republican I question his judgement, if he supports Ukraine. There are pro Ukrainian republicans, it divides the party in half for no real reason that makes sense, except the influence of Trump. How they square the circle is interesting, I wonder if Trump is the party nominee would he vote for him?

The Ukrainians could cut into the Oleshky Sands national park, likely to remain passable even in very wet weather and head for the M17 highway south to cut off the Russians to the west of them. I dunno what defenses the Russians have there, but it looks like a hard spot to defend, and it is a pathway south with few obstacles and better than trying to advance down the M-17 highway.

The Russians must counter this somehow or the Ukrainians will be at their backs, across their logistics routes and at the throat of Crimea. If they get a big enough and deep enough beachhead, they might even bring over an AA missile system to protect a pontoon bridge or more like bridge sections used to ferry armor across and smaller boats for men and supplies. The further back they can drive the Russian on the South bank, the more secure their river crossing will be, and they could deploy a bridge when it is safe enough.

Cutting off the troops to the west and bottling up Crimea would mean a second front moving east with another further east where they broke through, moving south in a pincer, the arm that meets the least resistance gets the resources. Or they could just be looking at cutting off Russian logistics moving from Crimea and holding the line which would make things easier further east.
