If you read the Federalist Papers, or the Constitution, you should know that there are limited powers given (by the people) to the government. Certainly Fannie Mae and Freddy Mac don't qualify, yet with these agencies the Federal Government will hold close to 40% of home mortgages in America.
In the last ten months, the Federal Reserve has doubled the amount of currency in circulation, for the first time there is discussion of moving the international standard of valuation for oil to something other than the US dollar.
Obama is systematically dismantling the bill of rights, and will soon engage in censorship of talk radio.

I could go on for hours here, but anyone who thinks this president is doing a good job is: a) stoned WAY too much, 2) not paying attention, or III) just a dumb shit lame brain liberal who is behind this program.
This CC posting follows the outline for seminar callers on the radio. Claim to be a long standing Republican, conservative who is just so impressed with this new President that they just have to give him credit. Bullshit.
No true conservative would support the things going on in America. Perhaps a Lloyd Graham conservative, or perhaps an Arlen Specter conservative. But certainly not a Reagan Conservative as I am, and apparently many, many others here as well.

Don't get me wrong CC. You have every right to state your opinion and I enjoy a good discussion, but don't pretend to be something you are not. You don't express conservative ideas. Perhaps you feel that by moving conservatism to the left it brings Obama closer to the center. Whatever the motivation, claiming to be something that you are not only reduces your credibility and makes your statements unbelievable.

Standing by for the personal attacks that are sure to follow from the libs...

Newsflash: Not Every Conservative Thinks Like You. Just like not all Conservatives take everything we see on FOX news or hear on Limbaugh as 100% fact either. Some of us right minded Americans are indeed capable of an independent thought every now and then.

It takes Mark Levin about 10 seconds to root these impotent, flaccid little traitors out, it took me less than that with CC. Not to mention, you aren't even particularly good at it, every post you have put forth is straight from the Keith Olbermann statist talking points. My guess is you're Doob or one of the other liberal lemmings trying to get a rise out of the Conservatives.

As a long time liberal america-hating marxist, I'd just like to say that I am terribly disappointed with Obama and all those around him. Nine months and the US STILL has a functional economy and there hasn't been a single terrorist attack. I must speak truth to power: Obama, you suck!

wow, i think i'll become a nouveau-liberal too. where do i sign up? i too am concerned with the fact that there are still people out there that are capable of being more successful than i am and i'm mad as hell that new york hasn't been attacked this year. we must stop this blatant disregard for the welfare of terrorists and the rights of the indigent to the belongings of others. when will this madness stop? impeach obama now!

If the country doesn't come back into balance in the 2010 elections ... the damage done will be severe. If we do pull out of it, it will take decades to do so. All of the young ppl posting here today will have to spend the rest of their lives in an economic hell.

Not sure if it has been mentioned but I'm choosing this thread to say I find it beyond offensive that Obama would use the coffins of the dead servicemen he failed to give support as a photshop. There is no depth to which he will not sink.

By the way, the op should read photo-op not photoshop. Assuming you have seen the picture of Obama, who would not salute the flag a year and a half ago, saluting the coffins of servicemen as they are unloaded.

I recall when democrats "warned" Bush not to make any mention of 9/11 during the 04 campaign because to do so would be tasteless.

Of all the public servants that should be brought up on charges- I pray to God that one day this Chicago puke is tried and convicted of treason/sedition and violation of Oath of Office. Not to mention being a liar and a fat-mouth for the majority of his life. Need I mention what is going before the Supreme Court?

He can't talk with out a teleprompter/talking points. Ask him to be truthfully honest regarding full disclosure and he looks like a puppy trying to poop a peach seed.

Maybe I see things differently:

I would rather him not salute a flag that he does not honor and salute a fallen soldier than vise versa.
