Well the Dr. Atomic seed germinated a tap root about 1/2" long.

So, off to the Jiffy Peat pellet, cross our fingers and hope it sprouts.

maybe a little stout on the nitrogen. im no expert so what do i know lol. i guess a diluted concentrate wouldnt be bad.

yeah, I'm thinking that same thing about the nitrogen but I'm also thinking that at 1/2 strength_approximate_it won't hurt (we will see) because plants really like the nitrogen in growth.

maybe I'll rotate between just ph balanced water_I get my water from a mountain spring, so it is a bit hard_and the nut's.

gotta do a few bong hits and think about it.

What I'm really good at is pruning. If you know what you are doing the yield goes up big time and also the quality of the weed improves because of selective pruning you only let the strongest survive.

I'm now convinced even at 1/2, there is too much nitrogen. So, I'm just going to use ph adjusted water for the next week and see what happens.

There used to be a saying: treat 'em like totatoes when they are growing and treat 'em like roses when they are budding. Therefore, when I'm finished with the one week water flush, I'm gonna put them on tomato nutes at 1/2 strength.

On the positive side, I really like the way the new growth looks, nice and close together, I don't see any appearance of stretching to reach the lights. Also, the GE 6,500k lights are just awesome.

Anyone else's thoughts ?

I was starting to say....What kind of tomato/rose nutrients do you use for your grows?

I WAS using an organic nute for Azalea's_30/10/10_but I just threw that away and mixed up a batch of fresh water.

Right now I'm thinking the best nutes I can give these babies is some fresh Worms. So later, I'm off to the local hunting fishing mega-store to get me some of them juicy red worms.

Totally freaked about this yellow leaf thing.

Normally I wait until the soil moisture meter_when tested in 4 spots_shows dry (#3) and then I give each plant 1 good dose of water from the turkey baster (I use that because it is easy to handle, gives fairly precise amounts, and help me not to overwater.

But, I'm so freaked, and just about out of the Dr. Atomic x Northern lights_which adds to the intensity_that today I gave them more water than they have ever had in their short life in the hopes to rinse the evil bad shit away from the roots.

Hurry up tomorrow, this shit makes me more nutz, than I already am. grrrrrrr

i hear ya dude. the pics on the previous page dont look too bad. about the rinsing bad shit out, i have done that many times on my first grow. especially now one is looking kind of bad so i have been leeching the soil. dont stress too much, i am sure it will all work out for you. just smoke some of those good looking nugs you had in the pic lol.
