(im pretty freakin stoked!!) but if i put them in a starter kit cube how many hours should the lights be on them for 24 hrs or 18 on/4 off?

it will lengthen the veg cycle, because it needs time to adjust to the stress of cutting its head off.

I run a Bloombox and for some reason after I leach (weekly) I seem to fight my ph from rising once I put new nuts in. I leach with good water for about 24 hrs. Then I'll add new water with nuts. I'm running dutch masters but really thinking about going back to GH.... What do ya think?

Hey out there, a newb here and I wanted some help with my first time outside plants. I have 5 plants in my butterfly garden. They are still very small like maybe 3 inches tall. I put them in by seed so I know it will take a while. I do not want to have to go through a lot of BS to get plants cuz I'd rather go across the street and buy it. But I do want to be a successful outdoor planter. I need some simple, concise ideas of how to make my plants the best they can be. I also have questions? So if you are out there and want to help someone please let me know. The plants are in a really nice hot spot of the yard with all day sun and heat. I am in NC and it has been hot here. Do I want to water when it is dry and how often. Do I want to make a little drain off for over watering with the rain? Do they like their feet wet or dry. Do I pinch from the top or underside where the extra leaves are coming on. Is one really healthy plant better than 5 smaller ones. Should I put all my energy and tests on one plant. How long is the season for my plant to grow? See so many ?? so few answers. Can you help/ B

i got a question.. i want to build a grow room from a hard plastic tool shed from walmarts.. would that be ideal and more importantly safe.. i dont want to blow the damn thing up.. i'm also going to keep it on my back porch because i have newly installed electrical outlets back there and its more discreet...

I'm about to harvest and don't have anything ready to go into bloom. I'm worried about being out of my own stuff before something new can grow and bloom and be done.
I have several small plants I had planned on taking clones from, but I've been waiting because I want to do a bomb clean out before the next cycle.
(I had some mites a couple months ago, and want to make sure they are gone before I start something new).
I also have one seedling I had to start because the shell was cracking when I got it.
I plan on covering up the mothers-to-be with a sheet and moving the seedling to another area when I bomb.
Will that work?
Also, How do I get back in biz quicker? My harvest this time will be very small and definitely cannot last a full cycle.

I used to feed it quite often about once every other watering, but since the browning I only feed it around once a week. Most of the lower leaves are now looking very yellow/brown and some are dead. I'll try transplanting but I can't let it get too big because it will be too visible.

do you think this kind of vent is enough for a 400w cooltube?
technical specification 125 mm and 185m3/h(what does it mean cube meters per hour extracted or? )
let s say I don t use a carbon filter and reconstruct the scheme you provided me with.
one side of the cooltube comes ducting that leads to the above mentioned vent(that sucks the air from the lamp) in the tent wall. what about the second end of the cooltube ...should there be like a small vent there? or should that hole be shut? or ?

You really need 200 CFM centrifugal fan, I can't do the math to CMH. do it just like the diagram just don't attach the carbon fliter.

I've got 4 plants growing indoors. 3 auto flowers and one regular, all feminized seeds. I can't find the USB cord for my camera so I can't post any pics. Here's my problem. The plants are 25 days old. I use cfls, same soil I've been using for years....I haven't changed anything about my grow routine. The plants are showing beautiful green growth, but the leaves below the new growth are turning yellow. And on one of the plants, these yellow leaves are dying. I haven't used any nutes yet so I"m hoping it's related to that. Any help/info would be greatly appreciated!

Hoping someone can answer my questions...i am new grower i want to pu these plants in to flowering soon but i want to top them first 
to obtain 4 main colas? Could someone tell me if i can do that with the height of these, and if i can were do i snip? An
d also..i was wondering if i can use the clippings as clones and will they be able to go right back into veg.. Thankyou..

Yes you can root the cuttings and yes they will be in veg when and if they root.
