Just wanted to drop in and let you guys know I picked up a complete, 400w HPS xtrasun setup last night. Bulb, aircooled reflector hood and ballast for $165! Hell yea! I can't even begin to explain how excited I am! I will be running 575w HPS by monday morning! Yea baby! But anyways I'm leaving camping for the weekend right when I get off work. So no pix till next week. They'll be good when I get em tho!

Woo Hoo im about to start a 400watter club thread for all are 400watter growers. becuz it seems like 400w is where its at.
Camping is so much fun. Especially when you take your time rolling a half oz into blunts and joints for the weekend.
The pictures next week you should really notice the difference.

Well my journal title doesn't really fit anymore. Considering I'm running 575w HPS and zero CFL's except for in my veg chamber... Oh well... I can't decide if I should make a new journal or just finish up here. What do you guys think?
Oh and here's some pix of the new setup. I've been camping all weekend and finally got it all put together yesterday. I'm still trying to get everything perfect. The light's a little high right now, bout 17" from the tops. But I'm having to combat heat so once I get all the specs of this new light and figure out how to cool down my room a little more, I'll be lowering the light to within 12" of the tops. Alright anyways here's the pix, sorry, just had my camera phone this morn. My roomate took his camera back that I've been using FOREVER!.. lol

whats up hooked, new setup is lookin good. and you should just finish this journal out and then start a new one. when i grow again im just gonna name my thread perpetual grows and keep all my grows in that one thread. also where is the air blowing after it is sucked from the light, it looks liek its blowing back into the grow room, if so you want that hot air out

I know it looks like that, but it's actually blowing right above my bed, out of my closet. It's not blowing back in, good eye tho. I just looked at the pix and saw that it does look that way, it's actually getting blown out of my closet, into my room. lol, I'm loving my new setup too BTW! LOVING it!
