Alright..... so here's the how-to on starting your LST wampuscat. Or should I say, here's how I go about doing it. I'm not going to go way in depth with this, because it really is very simple, but this should definitely explain how to get it started.

1. So first off grab yout pot, square, round, whatever your using doesn't matter. But you want it to be the final pot that the plant will be in preferably.
So get the pot/contain, 8 screws, and a screwdriver.



2. Your going to screw the 8 screws into the top of the container evenly spaced apart. (I just eyeball it, no biggie, doesn't needta be perfect)



3. Next put your plant in the pot.



4. Now what your going to do is put a counter-tie on the base of the plant. This just ensures that you don't accidentally uproot the plant at anypoint while bending it. (The bright orange 'pipe-cleaner' is the counter-tie. You can use string, wire, anything really, as long as you don't tie it 'tight' around the stem, and it won't break the flesh of the plant) Make the counter tie but don't 'pull' on the plant when doing so.


5. Now's the scary part for most people. lol. What I do, is where I want the plant to be bending, I very very gently and slowly squeese the stem between my fingertips, NOT breaking anything, but slightly softening the inner flesh of the plant. Making sure you don't accidentally break anything. Then make your bend SLOWLY and anchor whatever your using (pipe-cleaner for me) to one of the screws.



And there you have it. Now just let the plant heal for a few days. It'll be growing back towards the light in a matter of hours. What your doing is making the MAIN growing tip lower than the rest of the growing nodes. This kinda 'tricks' the plant into thinking it has multiple tops and starts to grow all of it's side branches towards the light, making for an even canopy/even light distribution among the buds/more large buds/less pop-corn nugs/easier trimming/shal I keep going? lol

Your clones are rooting great. Are you just using it for clones? ever think about growing hydroponicly. like 4 plants all at the 4 corners of that bin.

Also i had a minor mishap with my church today. I was in the process of tying down some branches and i went to bend one side branch and i tore the branch from the main stalk.So i took a zip tye and zippd it down to hold the split part and the main stalk back together, Its all good. i hear its gonna make it even stronger when it repairs itself but... hopefully all is good.

Thanks man! And I wouldn't worry about that little break, if it's held back together in about the exast same place, all you have to do is make sure it stays still and doesn't move around and it will be even stronger!

And here's that same girl this morning. After getting a night to recover. Happens quick man! She's a little wilty, but I roughened up her rootball quite a bit during transplant (on purpose) so that is why.

I have a question, do you top your plants b4 doing this? as one of the pics I seen of the plants you are growin looked like it was topped right at the base? may just be me not knowing what happens after ya do this lol, sorry if its a stupid question. and thanks for ya help brotha, can I add you incase I have other questions later?

I have about 5 or so girls in veg that I topped. I've never tried topping untill now though. So we'll see how it works out for me. I really like how they're lookin.

lol, Oh yea, that plant, BIG buds on her! lol, but no, I never topped her. lol, what I did was this plant's MOM was a actual bud that I cloned. And if you ever clone a bud, when it finally starts reverting back to veg some crazy and insane things start to happen. Just ridiculous branching all over the place! These first 4 pix are of that plants mom so you can see what I'm talking about.

So basically I cloned a branch that just randomly fromed a 'Y' at one point on it.
It rooted and this is what I got.
The 5th pic is that plant your asking about, but back when it was in veg.
And the 6th pic is the cola's that formed on each of those stalks.
(That was back when all I was using is CFL's too.....)

some very nice buds man, so what you did was took a bud and cloned it, thats a new one for me, but I am new so haha lol. I will have to give that a try some time, but ya i see what ya mean by crazy growth on those. I am never growing outdoors anymore thats for sure. I do have 4 outside that I planted a few months back, I need to transplant those or put them in the ground, but its hard here, if someone comes over they will see them, I may put them in the woods behind my house, I did find some spots back in the spring that got good light for most of the day, but the damn bugs lol.

Well since I'm going to be chopping down before too long. I decided to toss some bagseed into flower. Figured, I've got the room, and will be harvesting here in about 2 weeks or so. Why not get a jump-start on the next batch.

Also put a few girls from the bubble-cloner into dirt. All Purple Napalm clones. And picked up a Blueberry clone last night aswell.

So strains I've got = Top 44, Purple Napalm, Pineapple Express, Buleberry, Lacy, and a bunch of bagseed. (Most the bagseed I topped using UB's 4 tops method. LOVING that BTW. And topped my trifoliate, Getting 6 tops there. PRAYING most of these turn out to be girls!)

My pineapple express is my first go at a hempy bucket. Using perlite/coco. And also with this plant, as well as the bagseeds, I'm trying a new nutrient. I've read a LOT about it online, on different forums ect. And am intrigued to see what it can do. It's called Osmocote Plus. People are probably gonna freak out and start saying (Blah blah blah don't use time release ferts) Well, this isn't a time release fert. It's a CONTROLED release fert. So we'll see what happens. Like I said. It's the bagseed that's gettin the test run. So I'm not too worried about it. We'll see what happens. Maybe make my life easier not having to mix nutes all the time. lol

Could impact your bud development, might not. Personally I use 3-2-6 bloom with 0-5-6 boost and find that to be plenty of N. Not naysaying it won't work, depending on application it might work great. Take some shots b4 the harvest!

Yea man, that's exactly what I bought. Read a grow journal of a guy using the stuff and then only using reg water besides that on another site. And it looked pretty freakin good. I DO know what your sayin about the high N for flower tho. I was thinking/wondering the same thing, but I'm using the OC+ on all my random (free) bagseeds. So it's not TOO big of a deal to me. All my important plants are still getting fed the usual. I want to see how/if this stuff really works. And if so, how well it works. If it works as I saw the simplicity of this stuff from growing is just phenomenal!

And really the only reason I actually decided to give a try, is because it's also got all the micro-nutes that you need aswell. So we'll see. It's more of an expieramental grow than anything else. So here's hoping it goes WELL!

also.. i've always wanted to take a clone off of a budding plant.. adn revert it bak to veg adn then flower it.. im pretty sure its called monster cropping.. but i've seen sum CRAZY amounts pf branches come from doing this... heres a pic.

Oh yea man! CFL's work well if you know how to use them! You just gotta do your research. lol, But I'm on to bigger and better things now! HID all the way for flowering! lol, I'd average about 40g's per plant, in a 3 plant setup with 312w of CFL lighting. I'm now waiting to see what I can yield with my new HID lights!..

And yea I've seen that pic before, actually when I was researching doind so, it is infact called Monstercropping (I think it's a dumb name and needs to be changed) haha, but yea crazy shit happens with using this technique!..

The grow is fine......... I may not be updating for a while...

I'm driving 500 miles on wed... My bestfriend, who I consider my BROTHER got killed in a car accident on sat night. The fucking drunk driver in the other vehicle and his 4 friends are alright. The fucker ran a stop sign on the side of the highway and killed my brother..... I've never felt this before, I've never hurt like this... I wish the driver of the other vehicle was 21 so he would be considered an adult and get charged with vehicular manslaughter and go to prison for at least 15 years..........

My bro didn't deserve to die! He just got off work and was headed home to a party. Completely sober. The teenage drunk driver of the other vehicle is the one who deserves to leave this planet... NOT my bro... :'-(

damn bro I am so sorrry for ya loss, I agree totally man the dude driveing should have been the one hurt, but every time I see it on the news, its them that kill someone and they walk away with out a scratch!! and the person that bought the beer for them should be punished. My friends wife died Saturday night in a wreck, she was on her way home from her moms house.

I do know its hard and my prayers are with ya man, and your friends family!
