To be Fair Republicans are talking about a lot of stupid irrelevant stuff at their debates, Obamacare being one of them, for some reason they place huge importance on this and even go as far as to say that Obamacare is connected to jobs, I happen to think that's a bit far fetched, sure the mandates are wrong and in a doomsday scenario it could lead to fascist or socialist medicine, but there is a lot more pressing issues when it comes to jobs then Obamacare. They are even chearing when they talk about Rick Perry's executions.."more like sexecutions" rick might say...and the neocons are still crying bomb Iran...What?

In the midst of all, of all the things the democrats have to attack the republicans with.(and they do use every opportunity).....of all things...They want to laugh and say Social Security is not a ponzi scheme!?!? The effing nerve of these animals....As everyone reading this under 30 knows, this has been drilled into your heads over and over even in public schools...the FACT that you will not get social security......Did they not have someone to accuse of being a racist today or something?

All one has to do is to look closely at the pictures and it is clear that they have been altered. The sign with "Niggar" has been covered and the density of the black ink/paint is much darker than the rest of the sign.
The other one is so obvious, look at the lighting surrounding the sign, does it match up? It looks like an amateur job but it is obviously effective even though it's a fake.

The report done by the CBO clearly states that Social Security will not fall to pieces. Social Security is going to be there, in one form or another for a long time.

I would like the OP to explain to everyone how this is a ponzi scheme.....first by defining a ponzi scheme, and then by connecting that definition with what is going on with Social Security. I am betting that you cannot even explain it to yourself.

Overall, this is a scare tactic from the far right.......what they really want is social security privatized.......where the rich can then take your money at larger chunks than the government does......ultimately, these folks want your money.....they want you to put it in their hands, so they can take it. Simple as that.

I think it's the other way around. Citizens are responsible for their own lives, not the govt. I learned a long time ago to take care of myself and not depend on govt. I still paid into SSI and Medicare, but I also put money in investments and savings. That is not "republican nonsense". That is "common sense".
