fak it.. i hate that bad info being in the video... even if it was just a tired mis-quote.. i tried like 6 different caption files for youtube, but no... i can't get a text correction to even work in the vid. i went ahead and deleted it for now... i'll re-film it, and include a little more footage of the ventilation setup...

very much so! and thanks! LightRail wants $40 for their push/pull rod... i LOL'd... i made mine with a $3 trip to Lowe's. the powered trolley still has enough capacity for when i can add a 3rd 420 to the set-up.

i took a 4 hour nap last night, from 6p to 10p... been up since. in that time i did the watering in bloom and veg, planted a dozen rooted clones, watered the one outside and the tomato plants, and the 4 huge bamboo, and done about 4 solid hours of research on PGRs, plant-desirable l-aminos, as well as different mulch types to use in home-made teas... oh, and a friend stopped by to hang out and talk about a job she might be getting... bongsmilie... gotta keep on truckin tho.

well.. time for a shower and then i'm off to the store!

:peace: & :weed:

Outstanding update Spliff! Good to see the Great OZ workings behind the curtain. So the temps are holding without AC yet? It got over 90 today in Riverside CA, my new temporary home, and we had to bump the AC for about 4 hours but were back to exhaust only now. First time we've had to run it this summer in week 3 of an 18/6 veg with 6 of the 420's in my bros 10 x 10.

I think your video is going to inspire more people to run light movers. On Friday I was in SD and talking to the guys at IG and they were telling me how there is another customer of theirs using a light rail with 8ft of travel with 2 of the 420's and when the lights get to the end of the rail they tilt or rotate back into the center which when they showed me he was doing it made a ton of sense since its sooo simple and it takes intensity that had been traveling outside the grow and throws it all over the canopy from an entirely different angle. Ms ex has my light rail or at least I think she still does so I'm definitely going to play with this little suggestion. Whatdaya think?

Hey Buck you got this thread over 14K! You must have the magic touch for threads. Hey if the MODS don't sticky this thread than sticky an induction grow light thread with mfg links like they do for the 300K+ sticky thread. There is some truly cool shit happening with this tech right now that is easily the best thing for the grower 'about time' that I've seen in a wee bit.

hmm it seems that i have grown away from tv enough so that most of that missed me... lol. except that the pic ^ of ellen with the build up as all "long legged hotness" made me about fall out of my seat! HAH!

i have no idea who Andrew O'Keefe is, but wikipedia told me that he has the same birthday as me! pretty interesting.

on the point of international game shows... one of my friends showed me this youtube video of an international variant of Total Blackout... perhaps you have seen it...?

in case not, here it is. i wouldn't watch it with food in hand, tho.

HILL-arious...

anyhoo.. sorry for breaking off the main topic like that. bongsmilie it was an inspired moment!

as for the ladies, i woke up in time to peek in the tent before lights out, but didn't have time for a video. the MP is raging into bloom! hairs all over the place and she looks to be crowning her apical meristems. the CT isn't quite there yet, tho. however, both of them are getting MASSIVE. to look at them is to not see their scrog grids! i'll have pics up for yall later tonight, when lights come back on.

o, and Chaz, when you mentioned that other IG customer running 2 420s on an 8' rail... is that veg or bloom, and is it in a tent? i'm really interested to be able to tap some experience of others in situations similar to mine, as in the next couple weeks, 2 more huge mamas are going in the bloom tent, and i won't be able to afford a 3rd 420 for them in time, so my options are to use the 2 lights on the 6 plants... or to otherwise think creatively... i notice that the close proximity to the tent mylar walls gives huge amounts of reflected light, and so that might be sufficient.... worse case i can always run the 600 HPS in there, but i would rather not. so far my ladies have only seen Inda-Gro light, and i'd like to keep it that way.

ok, time to get the thread back on track.. -=o)

i had aimed to be up in time to snap a few pics before lights out, but i missed it by 3 minutes... i'll have something up later this evening tho... the MP is getting ridiculous in there...

also... in regards to my wanting to run a nute side by side this run, i opted to brew up my own mix and will run that, heads up vs the biocanna additives: their Boost, Rhizotonic, and Cannazym products.

since it's still in the R&D stage (i spent the past 3 weeks sourcing the 14 ingredients, i brewed the first batch yesterday), i'm not at all prepared to share whats in it, but i will say that everything in it is organic and food grade. it is not sterile and is loaded with natural sources of PGRs. tho i'm not yet willing to test on myself, according to my research, it would also be a very good EM inoculation/enzyme booster for livestock, pets, and people.

thus far i have given it to a potted bamboo stand, 2 potted blueberry bushes, a potted basil, 3 tomatoes in the ground (a manitoba and 2 golden nuggets), and 3 of my Oregon Licorice rooted clones. the clones are in 3" squares, and each got a full cup of the stuff.

if all pans out well, i'm going to up the ante by root drenching my 35gal outdoor Blue Dream with it. i should be able to wrap up the "will it kill the plants?" part of the tests before the girls in the tent want another feeding, and pending that, 2 of them will be shifting to my mix and off of biocanna teat.

wish me luck!

take care everyone!

i'm not sure... depending on it's effectiveness, and considering the price tags of what i am designing it to replace... i just might market it under my own branding.

i'm also working on a food grade PM wash/miticide/beneficial soil inoculation.

oh, and on the topic of final product extraction, i have some bho that i winterized in suspension for 3 months and have separated it down to the dissolved absolute. now it's getting carbon filtered. once i distill the solvent off i plan on making a sublingual medication based off the biblical recipe for holy anointing oil. instead of using large quantities of herbs and oil, i am opting for high purity extractions. a 12g batch will require 10g of the above mentioned absolute.

high purity extractions...brewing your own nutes....food grade PM soil inoculations....pardon me this is getting better and better! You bring it I'll try it.

Got an email today from the IG guys. They were working on UL approval on their new sunlight sensing system which they just did get I'm told. Basically designed for the commercial greenhouse market which I'd certainly like to become part of someday...but in the interest of just a bunch of cool shit about utility rebates and daily light integrals it got me interested. Imagine the day when we can grow high grade meds in legal greenhouses and bring the crops in with just suppppplemental lighting! and get the Fed and the utilities to pay us to do it! That may be closer than we think as they got to put all those solar panels somewhere.

Pretty good read as it brings alot to the table and lays it out to where you can understand it ; http://www.inda-gro.com/pdf/Inda-GroGreenhouseReport.pdf

Any MP pics tonight spliff?
