Monica! Monica!

They are animals because our government said so. If they were humans we'd have to respect their property rights and not occupy their country, not ransack their houses and not kill hundreds of thousands of their people.

By the same logic, weed is a dangerous narcotic scourge. cn

Its ok we only have a few more months of any Clinton, once Obama is out of office the Clinton will be nothing but CNN comentators, I am sure apearing on Wolfe Blitzer at least once a week.

Pretty positive outlook with all the anti-Romney rhetoric pervasing our boob tubes nowadays. At this juncture in my life, I actually don't give a hoot who wins. Democrats win, more of the same, Republicans win, more of the same, maybe a lot more mean to poor people, but they would be hard put to fuck with my status, so I say, let the Republicans win. That oughta insure a total democratic/leftists takeover in 2016 after they fuck the poor and middle class out of their jobs and wealth, and give the rich even more money. Hey they can't really get to me, so fuck=em.

cooks recipes and allrecipes have lotsa vegan stuff, but if i had to go vegetarian, it would be indian, chinese and moroccan all the way. that jordanian shit looks like what we pumped out of cattle sumps

I know, I was going to mock it. "You sure that doesn't translate how to cook vegetarians. All I care about are vegans safe." Something like that, I forget exactly.

I actually just convert traditional recipies to vegan.

I know the binders in veganese, like: apple sauce, flax seed, banana, agar agar, etc. If egg can be tasted and is tasted, I add black(really purple) sulfur salt.

Cheese uses some lots of salt, tumeric or mustard, nutritional yeast and either almonds or a starch (tapioca/arrowroot).

Meat uses textured soy protein, gluten, or beans with an umami ( mushroom, sea weed or miso).

It's actually not that hard. Being vegan isn't just cooking bland vegetables. That's what dumb ass meat eaters do, which is why they hate them so much.

Try boiling a chicken breast in just water and eat it when it starts to fall apart and all white. Sounds delicious huh?

Do I have to remove it from the chicken first? cn

i cook a lot of vegetarian foods, but vegan is a mystery to me. refusing to eat honey milk and other by-products seems bizarre. especially dairy and honey. cows goats and sheep need to be milked and they get very very impatient with farmers who sleep in, or have cold hands. bees produce a large excess of honey especially when kept in proximity to farmer's fields in a well built hive of human manufacture. protection from predators, and access to vast amounts of nectar makes the honey a great trade off for the bees.

i dont get veganism.

I eat honey once in a while.

I have either a casein or lactose allergy, whenever I eat the tiniest amount of milk, I get cramps.

I also have a genetic cholesterol problem. I can instead take Big Pharma poison to get my cholesterol under 200, or go vegan and have 160 naturally.

Casein is very acidic. More calcium is taken from the body to alkalinize it. The only source of calcium in your body its your bones. Countries which eat more milk have higher incident of osteoporosis. As a farmer you should know how buffering works.

Almond milk for example has 50% more calcium per serving, before deacidifying casein. Almond milk is ready to go immediately.

The vegan diet has no ill effects on the liver or gall bladder unlike some people have with the traditional vegetarian diet. My brother in law had his gall bladder taken out. If he has one dish of ice cream, he's bed ridden for a week.

Btw, I consider honey to comply with the vegan diet. It's just lots of other vegans don't, so I generally make my own sugar syrups.

"'You either eat honey or you don't; to debate the question in public only makes the vegan movement seem silly and dogmatic,' says Engber. If you're vegan and the 'worst' thing you do is eat honey, I don't think it's something you should lose sleep over."
