Although I agree, there are certainly things that kill more people than guns, your little picture isn't very accurate.

Malls and theaters are schools now?

How many children under the age of 12 were killed in any of these incidents?

Yeah sorry there's a few non-schools in there.

Who said anything about kids under 12? Why does it matter if an 11 year old or a 13 year old was murdered? The picture says "School shooting 23", nothing else.

I'm only pointing out that is inaccurate. Are you telling me it is accurate?

no, of course not, none of the numbers are accurate in that pic. Its propaganda just like "ban the child killing gun" is. The idea that banning guns will save 23, when we could feed 15 million makes it trivial in comparison is the point being made.

FYI in all those school shootings you posted only 1 person was under the age of 17, and that was the 14 yr old suicide. 17 yr olds get into all sorts of shit, especially gang related shit or illegal shit. We all did shit that was illegal, in fact the average person breaks 8 laws before 9 AM.

you said everything was made up. which implies children aren't dying.

if you don't get what it's saying i would say it's you that is being simple.
Yes I know that kids die from starvation. I'm saying the stats, and you knew what I was talking about.

To think that no child anywhere is dying or has died from starvation in 2012 is ridiculous.

SHOT HIMSELF!! He Might Just As Easily Have Hung Himself, which would have been more dramatic, had he given himself "The Awesome" he would qualify for "Instant Classic" status

HE randomly picked the students to shoot. the gun didnt have any say in the matter. The Gun Was A Victim! Ban Idiots, Not Guns.

Not sure I understand this.

You think Jedi's are real?

Also, Jedi could use their force powers to steal or kill as well, so I'm not sure a spike in crime would result.

in "simple" terms ...

there are NUMEROUS things, other than guns, that are killing our children at a much higher rate. why are none of them being addressed in the same manner that guns are?

when bad stuff happens in the UK there's usually knee-jerk legislation put in. I think thats why we dont have pistols because of a massacre in the 90s or so. and tbh.. i dont think anyone misses them or misses what they dont have... Why Americans feel that ditching pistols is like losing a limb ill never get. Is it just the feeling of spinning it while looking in the mirror and saying do you feel lucky punk?

The medical conditions are already as good as they can be for the most part. Doctors are heavily regulated. Do you want to start a campaign to end the needless deaths from "perinatal conditions'? Is that what you're getting at? Not really sure there's much we can do to change a baby, or mothers, blood type. Not sure we can stop a baby from being accidentally asphyxiated by the umbilical cord either.

People use cars everyday. It's an absolute necessity to our society. We rely on them for transportation and they've steadily been getting safer. Kids dying from motor vehicle accidents is on a completely different page than kids being intentionally murdered by firearms. Kids are still dying but as many reasonable means to prevent those accidents from happening have already been put in place.

There are very few regulations on guns, compared to most other things on this list.

Are you kidding me? Guns in the USA are very heavily regulated, even punitively so. I can't even buy a bolt-action rifle here in CA!!!!! cn
