I think the frustrating thing is that when someone calls you a racist how do you prove to them that you are not? Either you have to bend to the will of your accuser or just walk away because trying to discuss the issue seems to be a waste of time. Racist is one of those hot words that gets people all riled up.

I dunno it's just frustrating. I feel like I can't even debate an issue without being called a racist.

I think the frustrating thing is that when someone calls you a racist how do you prove to them that you are not? Either you have to bend to the will of your accuser or just walk away because trying to discuss the issue seems to be a waste of time. Racist is one of those hot words that gets people all riled up.

If someone says that they disagree with the number of people that were reported to have been killed during the holocaust I want to listen to their side of the story. I really have no clue so I like to hear their evidence as well as yours. Things never seem to get to that point here because it instantly turns into name calling. Yes, I could go look it up for myself but I like to read what you guys have to say first.

So if Shotgun says there were other people besides the jews in Germany that were killed that is important info for me. If you don't agree with him that's fine then you can post your evidence to counter his. To me it's all about learning. Please let it get beyond racist, holocaust denier, white supremicist or coot.
