You know what dude better safe than sorry for sure. For the most part you did the right thing, just wash your equipment, wipe the wood down with some vinegar or water if you want, and it should be fine. I don't know if you needed to toss the plant BUT if part of the bulbs insides or glass got on...

I usually clean my "tools" with ISO rubbing alcohol and I have made ISO hash before (soak bud in rubbing alcohol and evaporate off the alcohol on plate then scrape). So I'm wondering if anyone has cleaned their stuff and used the resulting alcohol to make hash. I'm not sure how this would taste...
