Personally I would say socioeconomic levels and education go slightly more hand in hand with successful relationships than heritage - at least in the more progressive states. Like others have stated, color/heritage has little to do with how similar people and their ideas/ideals are. I'm Irish...

Yeah. I thought it would add considerably to the cost but it's only an extra $10 to get two 4.25"x36" heat syncs versus the single 8.5"x36". Grow space seems to be constantly changing but if need be I can always just bolt the two together :) And 3' lengths seem pretty manageable.

Loopholes? If the government chooses to subsidize something or to contract with a company those are loopholes? You're saying laws are loopholes... The government shouldn't contract out? Should never subsidize? If you are against that then so be it but it's a very very different issue.
