I guess Nate Silver was right after all?
;)
Freedomguy, nslxl, desert, red, kynes and all the other ones who called him a fake and a simple bookie, what do you have to say now?
I'm pretty sure there are a lot of different ways each state can receive votes.
Everything from letter-votes to digital and in person.
And a lot of those have to be counted by hand.
On top of that many places had long queues and went many hours over their closing time to take in all votes...
Obama is leading is so many states now that it's near impossible for Romney to win (he only has 3 combinations left now).
Obama leads Florida and he leads Ohio, Romney needs to win Florida and Ohio and he's quite a few % behind in Ohio, Florida is closer.
But either way Romney has to win both.
If the states which are leaning towards Obama stay with Obama he will get 281 electoral votes.
So Romney basically has to win everything and turn around Ohio or turn around Nevada and Iowa to get Obama below 270.
