VG and QWET/QWISO do not mix well. If making RSO, straight PG holds for me. When not "cooking" the QWET, you need to use PEG, EJ MIX, etc in some amount. I go 1 drop of EJ Mix per ml of oil and then mix in PG. Heat on a coffee cup warmer to melt it.

Look into creatine. It is what (at least used to) make it so you come back diluted. What they (at least used to) test for in that regard is the specific gravity of the sample. Creatine puts stuff in that makes the urine seem normal for specific gravity.

What I am saying is that I would start feeding them proper PH. ISn't it about 5.5-5.8 for coco? You can flush if you think you did excess nutes. But in the end it sounds like you have been PHing too high. But I am also saying that I don't grow coco so not the best to advise.
