Not sure but it sounds like your trying to pump 1000 watts into a 600 watt bulb....if it doesnt burn out on start up it will make the life much shorter...i wouldnt try it with anything i own

Cloning will take longer the longer the plant was in flower. It takes them longer to root. But if you get a flowering clone and cut off 80% of the top bud that was forming i here that you will have many many tops.
