Yeah, I kind of wish the same thing. As soon as I finished my second 4xQB120 build, I heard about the 132s! But I can't really complain. The 120s are awesome too!

In my opinion, QB132s are the best QBs yet. Better spread, no heatsink needed, and affordable.

Give me some time and I'll dig up some threads with big QB-grown plants. I won't swear that they're all going to be 8-10 ounces per, but I can certainly show you that QB doesn't necessarily equal small and squat.

That could be in some cases, but on the other hand, we see plenty of growers struggling with the LED learning curve when they switch, so it could go either way. And my other issue with that theory is that we're not just dealing with new, inexperienced growers here. Plenty of QB users come from...

Not much point in mixing 3000k and 4000k - tests have shown that this mix is equivalent to straight 3500k. Personally, I'm quite happy with either 3000k or 3500k for seed-to-harvest.

Just the Mega in that 5x5? What kind of yields are you pulling?

Personally, I shot for 60% of HID wattage as well, but I'm finding that I'm actually getting better results at lower wattage than that. In the case of Quantum Boards, I think the spread and the ability to run them closer to the plants makes up some of that difference. But I'm talking observed...

Slow your roll there, hoss. You come in telling people that have replaced HPS with QBs (and seen the results) that they're swallowing bullshit, because of your test. Lots of other people have tested these lights, and plenty of them disagree with you. One nameless dude on a forum shouldn't expect...

L-channel, U(C)-channel, or flat bar. Personally, for a strip build, I'd opt for U-channel.

Care to point out from where on their site you gleaned this data? I'm not seeing anything like the graph you posted.

There are plenty of growers finding 4 QB288s to be more than a match for SE HPS. https://www.rollitup.org/t/from-des-to-leds.948046/ Just one example.
