ya can have all tha light ya want, as long as your temps are adequate. Have you done a dry run yet? How is your ventilation setup? With the lights so close to the lid an proper use of reflective material on the inside(lid)... then individual bulb reflectors would probably not be needed. Not sure...

I was watering like that every other day maybe every 2 days an the plants looked good but growth just seemed blah. The next watering I did a bit different I took each plant out an into the tub they went, i slowly watered them until i would get a trickle out the bottom. When putting them back...

Good luck finding them their. I have yet to see a 42w 6500k CFL by the major companies(G.E./Sylvania) at WW, HD, or Lowes. There are websites that offer them like Express Light Bulbs, I just googled "42watt 6500k CFL" there where quite a few to choose from.

Can you get some rough dimensions of the case/fridge? If the color is white on the inside of the fridge then ya would not need the windshield reflector. Are you going power cord or power strip? If you have an extra power strip you could use that with the polarized socket adapters an Y-splitters...

Well my vegg cfl's are 6500K an they are the same lumen(1600) as my 2700K bulbs, maybe the specific 5600k bulbs are lower in lumen. If that is the case then why even bother with the 5600K bulbs an just get the 6500K bulbs to keep the lumen constant?
