    photoperiod question - please help

Hey bro, people telling you simple FACTS like you NEED a timer to grow marijuana optimally is NOT trolling. All you said originally was 'i dont use timers'. You didn't go into your sadsack emo life story until well after. Anyway, have fun with your shemale plants.

    transplanting into ground..

Good advice. Instead of watering them after I transplant I will just water the soil and add it around them and give them a day or so to sink into it.

Help me nail this problem please!

Yeah, good plan.. I will supplement with a little epsom as well. I had to do that once early in the grow and that may be my problem now. I think my water is mostly Ca and low Mg.

    indoor spiders on outdoor plants?

That shit is funny! But yeah, garden spiders and orb weavers and such will do nothing but keep pests away from your girls. Just make sure you check for them and their webs when you harvest!

    transplanting into ground..

More is always better than less if you can manage it... at least in this case. Better too wide and deep than not enough I guess. I may try to go a little bigger myself lol.

    transplanting into ground..

My plan is to dig a hole about 8-12 inches deeper and wider than my current pot and fill all the space with a soil mix. Mine are flowering though and don't need much room for root growth... and if they do grow a bunch they can dig into the dirt and like it!

About to transplant outside.. and it's 107 degrees.

No deer or rabbits that I know of either. A lot of dogs in the area barking keeps rodents to a minimum.

    NO SCENT??? 3 Girls

I wondered if my bagseeds were ever going to have an odor. Well, just under 3 weeks into flower.. and I no longer have to wonder. Now I just wonder how much worse it will get...

There are a lot of common electrical devices that use more than 400W and put out more heat. Portable heaters, even an AC unit, water heaters, sun lamps, tanning beds, stoves and ovens, etc. etc. Unless you have your 400W light sitting on the window sill, infrared is unlikely to locate it.

Help me nail this problem please!

Well I'm not going to be able to change my water. I know it sucks. I can give them some distilled or R/O every now and then.. and I may do this when I transplant in fact but I've been using the same water since day 1 and the first couple of nodes on these plants lasted 6 weeks or more, despite...

About to transplant outside.. and it's 107 degrees.

Nope, it's completely unprepared. I just know it gets a lot of southern sun and I have fairly easy access to water them when necessary. Haven't seen any evidence of those pests. We do have a lot of spiders in the area though!

About to transplant outside.. and it's 107 degrees.

I'll be sure to update everyone! II think I am going to dig holes guerilla style tonight when it gets dark and transplant them under darkness. I'll give them a little water when I do, and check them tomorrow once they eat some sunlight.

    My babies arnt sprouting???

Mine all emerged after a day or so, did you put them all the way at the bottom? I just pushed mine in until it was barely buried, put a little piece of the rockwool over the hole, sprayed it with 5.8 pH water and put saran wrap over the top of the party cup. Worked a treat, 7/7 within a day or...

Getting Ready to Flower, Temp Problems

For real.. I didn't want to ask him if he ever lived somewhere that got over 100 for days on end. The thermal energy is absorbed by everything and with warm humid nights there is little escape. That shit builds up and up until the point that you have to run the AC 24/7 and it's still not enough...

Help me nail this problem please!

Other than one plant losing fan leaves, I agree! The problem just sprang up quickly but it seems to have slowed since watering them with pH'd 6.5 this morning. Going to give them another good watering when I transplant and hope for the best.

Help me nail this problem please!

Here's some recent pics of the tops. This is the first time they've seen the sun since they germinated. It's 106 degrees. Got them in the shade for the rest of the afternoon. The first one is a sativa pheno, hence the height and stretch. The second is an indica pheno. The third is also indica...

About to transplant outside.. and it's 107 degrees.

Well, not finding much info to nail it down. I don't think it's pH. Although I could have had pH lockup before and now that the pH is stable it's absorbing a bunch of nutrients, causing it to burn. Or it's eating itself to make buds (and it's making nice ones!). My only option is to dig a hole...

Do you have an attic? My attic is like 150 degrees. There is no way they are seeing anything through that.

I heard high temps stop growing, I disagree too

Higher temps just requires more fresh air. That's all. Outdoor plants get the best ventilation in the world... the world!
