Well I'm tryin to build my aero set up for 6x6 foot area but due to material costs I may have to go another route. I have a rail and a 1000(gonna upgrade to 2 600s later). My question is, would a rail and a 1000 cover a 5x8 ok? If so would I want the light close and give the 8 foot length good...

Ur pumps fine and so is ur pipe. No mater the diameter of the pipe, the pump will distribute the same pressure once the water is stored in it. Looking at ur pics, I see an adpter piece at the end of the pipe. Y is it not closed off?

Oh, use weather stripping and or a curtian from a garbage bag or black/white mylar to seal the light. It won't seal air but as long as u have sum kind of fan pulling air for ur exgausht, air won't leak out. it will suk the air from ur room into the box threw what ever leaks there are

Go to a fabric store and buy velcro. I bought like 20 feet of 2inch wide velcro off a roll for like 10 bucks. Staple gun one side to the door and the otherr to the box and just rip it open and stick it closed. My 2 inch wide strips were very strong so u may wanna use 1inch wide. I bought them...

I dry in my tent. I put up a light shield.don't get me wrong, idealy u want a dark dry area but as long as ur humidity isn't too high it will work. Like I said, I do it but Its not the best way to dry ur harvests
