Hey, i was told to spray paint the inside of a 90 degree pvc for my intake to block light. My grow tent now smells really strong of the chemicals from the paint. Will this affect my plants negatively? Thanks

My tap water is about 7.3 ph. Should i adjust the water/nutrient solution to 6.4 before applying to premix which i believe has a 7 ph out of the bag? Remember, i am using chemical fertilizers (CANNA) if that changes anything.
