i dont think you will notice 2 cfl on your electric bill

you do not need to flush the soil before you start feeding them the new nutrients doing so will do more harm then good they are hungry for nutrients and you will be taking that away from them feed them right away.

bigger lights . what are you using ? i used mg not the best but it came out very well but . there numbers suck on the npk .but work . strongly suggest getting away from the mg line up unless you know how to mix 2 or 3 of them together t get better npk numbers .

they will be total of 75cm finish height around. in a small space they are perfect size to flip right now today. they may seem small to a lot of people but a 75 total height plant is a good plant . perfect for those 3 gallon pots and your space i think you will be very happy

get a vent fan poke a hole in the room and have the fan sucking the air from the sealed room out the chimney .
