Figured it up to be wind burn for the one plant, it was right by the ice-box which was blowing colder air up from underneath , while the temps above canopy was in the high 80s to 90. Makes sense and after more research on wind burn , is almost exact . Starts out rust spots , then drying tips ...

It's over 90 degrees in here?!

Peoples tolerances to heat is not the same by far , mainly depending on what there hands have been subjected to and so on. It known that direct light is bad for thermometers , your trying to catch ambient air , so you can create a shade or just take multiple readings , get more and place 1...

The fact that you say you know what your looking for should be sign to wait , because your even questionable about whats going on , I think it can be the same as topping , a little stress helps all other growth , and is most likely just new growth shooting up. But a closer picture of a node...

First time grower. Just switched to flowering..

Its actually good from what I read to keep a mix of 2700 and 6500 k for the first couple weeks into flowering stage. Would think the same as the sun not and instant change in spectrum , a gradual transition.

any help to my first grow and keeping temp down

Were is your thermometer located? Also 86 f doesn't seem that bad. I've noticed having the gauge mounted on wall seemed to be about 5 degrees higher than center of cab at canopy level. In my setup. Make a icebox with intake fan and passive exhaust.

!10 - 120 F outside temp or indoor grow temp. That seems way high for what your plants looks like , no signs of heat stress.
