It hurts the plant because it needs the leaves for all kinds of reasons. I had a cat spray on the bottom of a plant once and had to cut off over 7-8 normal leaves. After I did this the plant did not branch out at all it basically grew strait up so I would be careful when doing that to autos.

Yes a ounce is good! Most I ever got is 28 grams myself usually like 20-25 which is still good considering the seeds are like 10-20 a piece you cant go wrong lol

looking perfect mine is EXACT the same size at the same amount of time its like 10 days old and decent looking.

dude mine is like 17 days old and it is very small. I think they grow like that because they are small to begin with.

Overwatering looks like you do not need to water that much for a seedling.

I grew 4 autos so far in miracle grow soil and they turned out ok you just don't have to give it nutes.

Day 15 giving them some direct sunlight today starting to smell already this surprises me because it is so tiny.

It is in Miracle grow soil .14.14.14 and is 14 days old since it sprouted. It is under cfls right now until it gets a bit bigger then using the sun. I will keep updated every 3 days.As of now they look healthy and growth just started picking up the last few days.:clap:
