A white light led of a reasonable colour temp will grow pretty much the same as another, if they produce the same ammount of light. None of them have magic photons. Some use less electricity to produce the same light, but that has very little to do with how they grow.

Nah, what matters is how much light is produced. Then there's efficiency ie how much electricity is needed to produce the light.

Yeah, what I'm saying is that cycling is the safer and easier option for an over weight beginner. Once you have some fitness and learn to run properly it is a good choice, but over weight and bad technique will be too hard and you may end up fucking your knees etc.

Cycling. Cycling is pretty much the best exercise there is for someone who wants to lose weight. It's easy on your body and you use the largest muscles to do it. Running burns loads of calories too, but it is much harder on your body.

PHing is not needed if you use buffered nutes. The buffers make the ph swing some, but that's not a bad thing. Trying to ph out the swing would not make things better.

Not true. They have been developing the mRNA tech for over a decade. This is their first approved product, but they have been developing several vaccines based on the same tech. I think it is awesome that the mRNA vaccines are finally a reality.
