i plug mine into a timer straight into the plug and it works fine i dont have a clue bout what he was on bout either its simple for me i plugged the ballast straight into a timer and its working like clockwork

that looks nice im running 600w hps of that site for flowering and did you look at the flourescents i only paid 55 quid with 2 bulbs i didnt think it was that bad a price and you can drop it so low to the tips its perfect for me
