If your plants look bad suddenly and don't respond to watering and care, within a few hours, it could be too late. Have a good plan to get to and fro mapped out, so you can care for them when they need it. I'm guessing these are outdoor?

I think if you can get air to circulate the whole closet with a fan inside as well, youre at a good point to set your stuff up and experiment. It will take more than the clip on fan inside the cab, imo. A passive intake should bring air in, if you're exhausting air.
