I use as recommended. I do have DTE products in my soil and some different rock dusts. In veg I usually just use EWC dehydrated sugarcane (or mollasses) with a couple different sea kelps for my AACT.

Your soil will be packed with beneficial microbes. All you will need to do as far as fertilizer is the AACT, maybe tweak it with some sea kelp or guano for P-K when your ladies are flowering. I want to recommend a book to you before you jump into the bottled nutrients. Its called teaming...

Once your in veg for a few weeks you can foilage spray even once a week. I used to be real trigger happy with foilar spray because they look so nice and lush after a nice mist. Now once in the morning if i can get in there before the lights and once at night once every two weeks with AACT...
