I usually jar before stem snap, then burp jars. At 20 a pop I have 5 hygrometers and rotate them. Well worth it IMHO.

Also if you have condensation in the jars the bud is too wet.

Never tried that but get a caliber 3 hygrometer, get rh 55-60% no mold This is good for long term storage, 60-65 rh is the cure zone.

Caliber 3 hygrometers perfect cure no guessing on rh levels.

Used them loved it, for one run veg thru flower. Little pricey for me though. Trying cutting edge solutions now.

57 does not seem to crazy to me, just plenty of air movement. I harvested at this humidity and had no mold.

You in hydro? If so ph is too high, and I'm not a soil guy but if you are I believe 7ph is the goal.
