Yea lowes or home depot have em, I think 60 to 90 dollarsish. They work good with some adjusting. Shud be American voltage if bought in America. Did u end up getting a hps? 150 wats is decent for a small plant , 300 to 400 is ridonkulously better tho

On the east coast it's expensive, but when I did buy I used to get cali prices :). But around here the best kush wud be 50 for 3 gs. And to the people that don't know shit they usually wud have to pay more, depends on ur connections really.

Yea, as long as the bag is light proof and all foliage is covered. Your trichomes will be rubbed off on the bag if you still are using it when it's flowering. I don't think the plant will be too stressed as where it would cause significant damage. Make sure dawn and night are at the same times...
