Adding CO2, need advice about Monitors / Controllers!

I forgot what model titan I'm running but it measures and controls. Shuts off at night too. But you need a reg with it. I think I was operating for around $500 minus the tank. But to get to my point, titan is the only controller I have experience with but it does a great job.

    What would you do?

I'm not trying to sound big headed or full of myself. I am confident I could be successful at doing this. I grow medically. My last harvest was 30 plants in soil. And after everything was cured and packaged I was a little over weight with what Washington State allows two patients to have at 4...

    What would you do?

So I'm looking into growing for the state. The space I'm thinking about renting out is 30 feet by 30 feet. I definitely think this size and operation, in order to make money doing it you'd have to go hydro. My question is what would be the best system to go with. Regardless a trip to home depo...

    WaterFarm Club

Dr. Amber, your recirculation ring is working perfectly fine. The Broken toilet sound is normal. I think it looks like we are doing roughly the same system only I'm a little farther along then you :-P. And it does look like your float is positioned correctly. So no worries there. I guess you'll...

    Help me out with P.H.?

I was so successful growing the one waterfarm I bought the eight bucket system. So I hooked up the res to just the one bucket and it does recirculate the nutes in the bucket and res. So I'm not sure if a biggerbucket would help for one for two the buckets are all predrilled and hooked up and...

    Help me out with P.H.?

Correct, I do believe the floranova is stabilized but may require balancing. I always check and usually have to adjust down to 5.8. My understanding the plant absorbs nutrients and water best at 5.7-5.8 even though 5.6-6.3 is acceptable (for hydro). Tap water yes. It's never failed me yet. From...

    Help me out with P.H.?

She isn't showing any major signs of anything bad. You are right she looks really healthy. But Working with a reservoir now, her roots are sitting in high P.H. water longer than her roots have previously. So I can only imagine it will soon lead to a problem.

    Help me out with P.H.?

I'm using a T.D.S. meter with one teaspoon per gallon of floranova bloom that comes out to right under a thousand. Again that's what I've been using since day one. Correct me if I'm wrong but really you are feeding the same amount as I am just reading it differently. .7-.9 is the same as 700-900...

    Help me out with P.H.?

First time growing hydro and so far it's going phenomenal. I'm using general hydroponics waterfarm. I started as a trial to see if I could do it so I bought the single stand alone unit. Well it worked well for me so far so I bought the eight unit set up, while this one girl finishes out. So here...

    Feeding advice.

Well that makes sense then. I thought there tds and ppm were measuring conductivity but in different measures. Nonetheless hydrotim Thanks I'll check out your link. I can definitely see the difference between hydro and dirt that's for sure. I'm only in it a month.

    Feeding advice.

As you can probably guess it's my first Hydro grow. I went with the general hydroponics waterfarm. I'm trying one bucket for the time seeing if I can make this one work I'm all in with the 8 bucket system. So far things are going well the plant is exploding so my rough idea of feeding is working...

Four gallon pots. They are the air pots or whatever they're called. They have the cones on the underside that are supposed to give more oxygen to the roots. Yeah the soil gets pretty dry before I water. I've been doing the weight test lately. Lifting the pots to see how heavy they are. I'm aware...

"An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure."

Sorry I didn't list what I'm feeding. I haven't done anything but mixing some floranova veg and dyna-grow bloom. Trying to keep it as simple as I can, right? You think its a cal or mg problem though huh?

Is it the fact that I spent to much time under the HPS that I see the on sight of Iron deficiency? Or is it slowly creeping up on me? My observations are the veins are staying green but in between the veins it's turning a lighter green. Just afraid it's going to turn yellow and necrotic. These...

Is it to late to start from seed outside?

My thoughts as well. There is plenty of summer left. But the size just won't be as big as if I would have started em back in April. Thanks for the input guys.
