1320 on the SATs (no apostrophe, beenthere. it is not possessive). 140+ range on WAIS-IV.
140! I was texting my son and asking him about IQ scores, his score was 139 and my daughter scored 137
he said both of them were in the 99% BN percentile, whatever the fuck that means.

I'm learning some good stuff here, I told him about you guys getting on my case about spelling and he laughed and said that's because I process things randomly and not sequentially. Then he asked me what the fuck I was doing on a forum after 12:00 midnight, proof he is way smarter than I.

Good night all.

and he goes to bed without answering the question.

my best strength in the WAIS-IV was perceptual reasoning, specifically spatial reasoning. was also surprisingly good at the memory sections despite my indulgence in a substance that is supposed to mess with that part of your brain. my downfall was coding, which is surprising since i scored so high on my ASVABs in that particular field.

Because the two tests measure two different quanta and give it the same name. ASVAB uses coding for number crunching and record keeping ability. While, IQ tests, use coding for ability to take what we see and hear, and convert them to their physical meaning.

Who said I'm losing sleep over it?

Personally, I could give a rats ass what gay people do with their own lives.
But here is the problem I see with calling it marriage. Once the federal government acknowledges the law, it opens up civil rights lawsuits against any church that fails to marry a gay or lesbian couple. Do you think a church has the right to turn down a gay couples marriage, I do.
A lot of the right wingers are religious nuts. I disagree with your thought that some gays won't take advantage of the system by filing civil rights lawsuits, some of these far left goofballs are no better than their counterparts of the religious right. Like I said, if government would just stay the fuck out of peoples lives, we'd all be much happier, gays could marry and churches wouldn't have to worry about getting sued for not marrying them!

nope.

herr beenthere supports giving gays all the same rights as any other couple, which presumably extends to the tax code, inability to compel someone to testify against their partner, etc.

what we are trying to find out is why herr beenthere is OK with granting equal rights, but insisting that it be a different title. and he is too chickenshit to give a straight answer.

LMAO we can all see that now!

Bucky,

I'll translate into beenthere-ese for you. He has this fucked up thinking gays will get all uppity and try to find as many churches and other services who will deny them if they have the same name, marriage.

Beenthere is all for the Costco solution. Costco gets the same Best Buy Panasonic Blu-ray player and charges $100 less. The only difference is the model name. So what happens is you can't price match at Best Buy. All three companies make this agreement.

So Beenthere wants gays to have a different model. That way no gays can bitch when a sign says, "we perform marriage, with form M." Gays need civil form C.

But Bucky, you do the same with your liberal causes. You separate those as privileged hillbilly cracker, and spat upon for generations achievement gap blacks.

Both of you separate people for the societal greater good in your own twisted minds. Neither of you can leave people alone and keep your bigotry to yourself. The funny part is neither of you consider your point of view as bigoted but consider the other the bigot.

SO let me get this straight. There has been huge lines outside chick fille or whatever because the CEO spoke out against gay marriage? WOW.

People actually waste their time waiting to eat processed chicken at a certain restaurant because they want their money to go to someone who thinks we should stop gay people from getting married. Idiots.

The right has really outdone itself here, bravo with the consumer driven protest to support hate and discrimination. The CEO of the restaurant is probably loling all the way to the bank.

bahhhhhhh

I think it is wonderful that an obese society lends its weight behind a "cause" by.... eating.
