NO,NO, NO!!!!!!! First you have to soak the trichome heads overnight in pH'd buttermilk before germing it. You never have a successful trichome grow if you skip that step.haha, i was kidding. woomeister is crazy. i would have to be RETARDED to think that i could root a trichome stalk. everyone knows you just plant the trichome head like a seed.

'Fan leaf has no genetic material for growing.'
Sorry, but wrong. All parts of a plant contain undifferentiated cells, aka stem cells. These cells can become anything necessary. Take a stem for example. It grows roots in the right conditions. As can any other part of the plant. The problem is keeping everything sterile.
ha ha ha im actually glad nobody did that or else id have a bunch of naked plants and a dozen trays full of leaves doing nothing!!! Still glad i read thru it, got some good info for my tomatersI here you Alley I just wish somebody would have Photo Shopped a leaf with a big fat bud in the middle and some roots
what happened once the root was rooted?? Did it just continue being a root or did it actually grow?a loittle in a different direction it makes me wonder about grafting a clone onto the root base of another plant, say an already harvested plantjust anf FYI, i cut a root off my plant and rooted the root successfully....

200 weeks? If it does work, cool! But why would you do that when you could take a cutting with nodes that will develop quicker? Thats like starting a fire with two sticks when you got a lighter in your pocket??? Doesn't make sense.
I've had a plant grow some nugs along the stem of a fan leaf up to where the blades started. This tripped me out. But it proves shit can grow there. (sorry no pics)
I did some research and found that certain strains will do this. In the Mandala web-site they talk about this as well as new sets of leaves, coming out in 3's instead of opposite sides. (got that pic)hey i got a mandala 8 miles high that has 4 shoots coming out off of the second main node, sorry no picks but i've no reason to lie.it has 3 shoots on it as well.proble some kind of mutant.i never saw nothing like this before.i seen some weird things happen from stress too.
If this is true, how long does it take to grow out 3 sets of nodes?
