Even with a R controlled Congress his only major achievement was to make wealth inequality much worse by distributing $1.5 trillion upward while skyrocketing debt. No infrastructure, no wall, no "big, beautiful healthcare plan where everyone will be covered". He dissolved the agency that monitors pandemics & as an encore to Bush's economic disaster his pandemic response left the economy shattered with the poor & what's left of the middle class left to pick up the pieces while billionaires wealth again grows astronomically.
