Seedlings with broken taps, clones left in trash bin for 2 weeks. I hope I'll get to that level of expertise.

I've put a lot of effort into growing so i don't mind that it doesn't go unnoticed, thank you.

I was just having a look through the diary I'd forgotten about lots of them, i didn't realize just how much much I'd grown this year.

I was pheno hunting so I had a lot of wasted space and weight.

This year will be much more efficient, i've started with seed but it's a last throw for now,
after these blueberry lemon shake up and star dream (blue star seeds)

It'll be clone only for a while then the occasional tester here and there.

I've been looking forward to the time i have 2-3 good mothers and I'm flowering 4 decent sized clones nice and easy!

I've few extra mothers i need to whittle down but I've had bigger problem
I can see light at the end of the tunnel now

i can see a notable difference in them today.

there's not much happening atm i need to give them a bit of time to get established before I do anything.

I'm feeding 1.2ec daily to run off with a ph of 6.0

Lot of growth since Tuesday.. those salts really give plants explosive growth compared to organic soil.

Yes, indeed mineral salts give some epic growth with coco.

I've done a bit of defoliating today.

After...

I done a bit of defoliating a few days back,
the plant i done has grown about a 1/3"-1/2" or so, the ones left as is have grown 1.5/2" in that same time frame.

Yeah of course I've got pics
I'll need to arrange them so I can tell one from another looking at thumbnails, I'll post the results/effects of defoliation

If you're wondering about the wounded plant, it's doing just fine.

Since learning about flipping seedlings I've started to initiate flowering them under t5s, basically that means putting them in the flower tent at night/dark.

These 3 for example were potted about 25 days ago then flipped 15 days ago.

Going on my calculations I'm working out that 3 or 4 weeks less in the flower tent should add up to enough time for an extra crop over the season/year?

Say 270 days ÷ 4x crops = roughly 67 days a crop in the flower tent plus the 3/4 wks under t5s getting initiated, clones will be even better again, they're quicker to start and finish flowering.

My heads full of dates and figures I've only just got it down on paper so I could be overlooking something and my theory is flawed?

Time will tell I'll see how many crops I get through this year, I'm looking forward to it already

Edit...I've no doubt little to no vegging doesn't sound appealing but let me assure it works!

I've just re potted them.

4 weeks from seed @12-12, then 10 weeks in the flower tent.
During flwr i need to prepare the next lot around day 45 +/-
It'll take me some time to get the timing right and it'll depend what I'm flowering and if it's clones or seeds.

According to my estimation with clones I should have a crop every 50 days or so

Drying might get in the way but I can still use the tent for the 12-12 dark period?
I'm just winging it it'll work out one way or another lol.

I plumbed my the pots today, the way it's set up lets me hand feed using a syringe or plug the tubing into a manifold, I can only do a little each day so it's ideal.


I'm going to set up my autopot and run a couple of plants in it along with these.

Drain to waste V Autopot?

So, I've re potted a king gelato and og kush into the autopot.

I'm going to give them 7/10 days veg with hand feeding before putting them into the autopot 2 plant module.

I'll need to trim them a bit but I'll leave that for now and let just let them grow.

I expect the dtw to be a bit better but does it warrant the dedication involved, let's see what happens?
