I've got cheese dipz from London city genetics soaking atm I'll be potting them up today so i need to make space.

I've had enough time to test the ones i have and decide what I'm keeping.

Bluchi, kings juice and glukie are keepers and potentially two king gelato I'm just finishing.
The two of them smell dank in their own way they've different terp profiles, in fact they're just different overall to each other considering they're sisters.

This king gelato monster clone isn't really coming on, it rooted quickly and established itself into the pot without any problems, i had no reason for concern plus i thought i had a spare but it turns out it's the sister I've a spare from.

I re potted it 10th August hopefully that'll give it a push.

(6-7 wks)
I'll start re vegging the mother until I can test it or the clone shows some signs of new growth.
Hmm... Still nothing after re potting, that's around 10 weeks.
Screenshot_20220906-220448.png
It rooted fine into the new pot but it's still not actually growing, nothing at all?
Screenshot_20220906-220420.png
However it looks like this little gem is starting to re veg.

I did take a picture but it's not worth uploading.

Eta...I left this runt growing more for curiosity.

It's coming away now after a bumpy start.

I'll give a chance :leaf:

I think that's 3 weeks +/- since putting it back into veg.

Harvest day...

Yesterday...
_20220908_140007.JPG
It's moving in the right direction (big smile)
_20220908_135950.JPG
It's a race against time now, i pulled the bud off the upper branch with my sleeve by accident so that sucker needs to grow enough to be cloned before the stem dies back which it will without bud/leafs on the upper branch to pull water through it.

Or maybe this will show some signs of growth?
Screenshot_20220906-220448.png
It's pia i could do with them out of the way.

I considered re potting the root ball but i doubt it would survive the upheaval?

jesus you like using electric, i use 2 x luxx leds 18watts apiece daisy chained together 12" apart for optimum spacing light spread for established cuts, clones fresh cuts i use small twin bulb t5 in small tent flower i use two x 315 cdms which use 329 watts apiece with adjust a wing enforcers reflectors the lights spread is 1.75m x 1.45m apiece and im down to 1 x cdm from tomorrow due to harvesting time.

Getting flipped soon :-)

Flipped 15-16th September.

Let's see how it turns out?

Characteristics for future reference...

Blueberry #1 and #2 are very compact and leafy they required a fair amount of defoliation which I'm not big on, it's verging on a little too compact.
#1(front mid)
_20221024_192045.JPG
#2 (left mid)
_20221024_191823.JPG
Cheese dipz #1 is compact with low leaf ratio it's easily maintained.
_20221021_132939.JPG
Cheese dipz #2 is quite a stretchy mother, it got the same treatment as its sister but is happy to stretch, again the leaf ratio is low.
_20221024_191938.JPG
Star doggie, it's a stunning looking plant there's definitely royalty in there lol.
_20221024_191807.JPG
Nice height, nice structure, nice growth pattern, leafy but it's sufficiently spaced for them not to be a problem.

Og kush...
It's a nice shape, built for yielding, the lower branches have grown up in a nice canopy, there's potential there for heavy yields me thinks?
_20221024_192108.JPG
Swiss skunk #2 (back right)
Nothing particularly remarkable.
_20221024_191840.JPG
Swiss skunk #1(back left)
_20221024_192024.JPG
It's a totally different character to its sister, it's leafs are much narrower and more abundant, it's generally more stretchy.

On or around the 24th November I cut a plant down and put it in the bin, i considered finished with.
_20221207_144405.JPG
Yesterday i was taking to my brother and i mentioned I'd binned the gelato, he was visibly disappointed, he asked about growing it again.

He doesn't really understand that one gelato isn't necessarily the same as another.

By chance...i keep anything plant related in a bag that i dump personally, i got the bag out this afternoon and had a look through it.
_20221207_144314.JPG
Fortunately it's quite distinctive and wasn't difficult to find, that's 2 weeks in a bag but they're amazingly resilient.
_20221207_144341.JPG
I've given it a spray of H202 and left it in a jug of water to recover.
_20221207_144254.JPG
And I'm going to clone it again soon.

It's going to be fine.
_20221208_200722.JPG
Weeds resilience is phenomenal.

I'm thinking... stored in the fridge with the odd spray of H202/Chlorine there's no saying how long they'd last, the last time I tried it the clones were only bagged and put in, most of them were fine but I lost a few with the learning curve, i reckon now 80%+ success could be feasible?

I've just harvested and didn't want to bin the remaining piece of this plant before its sibling is rooted
_20221214_145448.JPG
I put it under 24hrs light right after harvesting.
_20221217_195859.JPG
_20221217_200015.JPG
A 5ltr pot isn't convenient so I've trimmed the roots and re potted to a smaller pot.
_20221217_195950.JPG
I'll get a chance to taste it soon, it might not be worth keeping... but it just might be!
_20221217_195752.JPG
Let's see what happens?

Update...
The king gelato from
December 10th.
_20221218_122830.JPG
I'm fairly confident they'll root if they haven't already.

Long story short i broke the coteleydons off a seedling removing helmet head.

I knew breaking a tap root wasn't the end they can still grow, but there's only like 3-4mm of stem/root under the coteleydons, i wish I'd my phone handy but it's suffice to say there's circa 10% of the root/stem under the surface with coteleydons on it.

I wasn't hopeful but I was going to try.

The green at the top of the root will give you some indication of how little is under the surface.

Aprox 6 hr intervals.
After breaking :-(

24hrs
_20230113_195807.JPG
I can't believe it, it's not out of emergency care yet but I'd give it odds now.

I put a cloche over the pot and put 0.7ec nutrient around the stem/root 7-8 times over the last 24hrs with a pipette.

Feel free to have a laugh and poke fun i deserve that much :dunce:

Eta...12hrs later
_20230114_081813.JPG
I'd like to see the root, I'll not touch it but I'm curious how it's formed?
