Yeah, most people in my neighborhood are cheap, and only want a few grams of shwag at a time. I used to have a 4 ounces in the house at any given time, but I never carry more then a half ounce outside though.

6 plants per person and 24 clones/babies. There is no wet weight limit other than number of plants.

There's also no market for it all.

We don't have any kind of collectives like cali and you're not allowed to sell it here either, nothings perfect I guess.

i once knew someone that did that.

SHE was shot twice for her troubles, once in the right thigh and once in the left shoulder. cop said he felt threatened for his life as she spit in his eyes and he couldnt see.

and the cop got off scot free...

i wouldnt reccomend spitting in a cops face.

The law is often on their side.

An interesting observation of mine is that very few people other than cops know the specifics of their local marijuana laws.

I found that to be quite odd.

In belgium they acquiescence it, not legalize it... for as long as u don't carry above 5 grams its not seen as an crime.. But if u taint the cop they will surely take it away..
But surely can't put you in jail for that or let you go to court for such small amounts.. at home u can have higher amounts without them getting u lawsuits. BUt if they find a wieghtscale with an large amount (say about more than 20grams) your fuckt.. Then your a dealer.. Won't even consider that u just want to know if people do fair business with u... :p
Next to belgium in netherlands the do have it legalized.. Resulting in coffe shops all around the country.. with is real nice

Same story, but in where i got picked up, it was 1304 and a bunch of other shit.. they called it DUI and dismissed the possesion charge.. it was over a gram though.. a few joints, some pipes and papers.. all that was dismissed, and I plead guilty to the DUI..

They let me go and told me I had to serve so many hours of comunity service, and perfor a prime-for-life compatable program.. three clean urin samples in 90 days, and probation for a year... all of that for one DUI because I fell asleep at a rest area, and he smelled it in my truck... keys were on the floor and everything..

Anything over 1 oz is a felony here in cali...but not for medical patients. we can have up to 8 oz harvested in our possession any time.

I would of checked into your local laws. Don't know where you live but I sure as hell know that almost anywhere in the US if your keys are out of the ignition they can't charge you with Dui... Even if you ARE shitfaced drunk.

Over 99 grams is intent to sell a felony. Anything less is possession a misdemeanor, even down to the crumbers they may find on the floor of your car. One thing that gets me around here is for possession you just a ticket and get sent on your way. But if you have paraphernalia you straight to jail.

I know it's stupid.We can have up to 28g and it's a $100 ticket. We have Cultivation and Distribution up to 50Lbs. is a misdemeanor, but possession of paraphernalia is a felony. So stupid. But they don't enforce it. in MA

They're assholes about it in OH. I've heard of more than 1 story were the roach in the ash tray was considered paraphernalia, because it was ready to smoke.:wall:
