First Grow - CFL + Bagseed + Cabinet (previously rubbermaid)

After some long hard thinking, at my current residence I don't think I'd want to waste time/money/effort on trying to set up an hps cab so either a nice high wattage (150 or so) CFL or an LED equivalent are my prospects for now... I'm pretty happy how dense/frosty my nugs are already appearing... cant imagine how much better they'd be with an extra 150w...

I've taken controll of the smell pretty well but if i leave my cab door open for a few minutes it does start to smell pretty skunky in my room. Up close they smell real fruity though, I can't wait to smoke this shit!

considered t5's at all? i used to look down my nose at them, but now i think they're quite a nice addition to our room.
since you probably don't want a big cludgey fixture taking up a bunch of space (i'm constantly smecking my head on our badboys), here's some linkable single-tube fixtures for ultimately customisability:

coupled with mixed spectrum aquarium lighting a la pr0fesseur (link--> https://www.rollitup.org/indoor-growing/358190-led-without-leds-my-first.html) you can create a fluoro-spectrum-wonderland.....

just got done reading. you LST and scrog was amazing. ive yet to see a healthier plant that lstd and scrogd together.

somewhat...they've really filled out and look more like hairs now. I'll try and take some better pics tomorrow.

Fed them full str nutes last night... they're getting super frosty... you can start to see the "mushroom" shaped triches in the pics if you zoom in. Well, i'll let the pics do the talking, they're better at it.bongsmilie

oh is she drinking much more then she was 2 / 3 weeks ago?

An oz is definitely within reach, 2 is looking possible. She's drinking about the same pace, i water every 5-6 days.

2 qt (1/2 gal) each time. It takes about an hour or so to water them, i do a little at a time until the runoff gets reabsorbed, rinse and repeat until she gets the full 2 qt.

that's some tasty bizness ginger, spent the last few days reading threads....u have some very nice ladies thanks for the pics

btw i've had pretty good luck with cfls....after all this reading i'm wondering if i should switch to 600s for flowering...i'll be interested to see how yours turn out.

Glad to hear man. I'm really stoked at how fat and frosty these buds are starting to turn out, making it seem like all the work and money was DEFINITELY worth it; if i get even 20 grams it will have paid for itself. Do you have any pictures or a thread of your own setup? I'd be happy to read it and check out your ladies!

thats makes two of us.... i'd rather spend a modest amount growing it ....knowing its all mine and at a fraction of the greasy street price

And you kn ow how it was grown too. It just seems so much smarter if you have a veg room and a flower room, you could be harvessting every two months if u do it right. That should be more than enough medicine

i have seen folks doing stagered veg and flower harvesting on a 3-4 week basis.... but yeah can't go wrong when your in control of harvest time and curing yourself, No more wet crap harvested too early for a quick profit... just nice yummy full flavour propper cured for me please :-)

Im starting to lean towards an autoflowering strain that way i can harvest one every couple weeks... You only need one chamber as the all run on the same light cycle, just start one every few weeks.

Sounds interesting, you can just always do 18/6 , but you cant get those nice strains you want. Have your herd anything bout romulan growin under cfl, its one of my favorites, but i dunno how it grow with cfl
