so you took it that is your call. i say you lost 2x the yield. i bet it will smoke great. research bud wash harvest. it will make them 2x smoother.
It wasn't that I was hurting to take it down. Some of the leaf discoloration almost looked like mold. I'm by no means saying I harvested at a good time

Well today I realized I didn't overwater last week. I freaking fried my plants. I gave them tablespoons instead of teaspoons last week on nutes. (Man what was I thinking). Anyways I fried Em. They're recovering quite nicely though!

Do you use liquid nutes

You only get back what you put in mate. If going led you need a 200 W or above too. 1 plant takes 100 watts. 4 plants easy use 400W. Sometimes one plant can use 700 w. You can use a spectrum meter and see how much a plants getting.

Up to you mate.. your computer is likely 600 watts..

I agree but you must understand this is his/our first grow. I know exactly how he feels as far as not trying to invest a ton in something he might fail. Also hps/mh seemed confusing to a rookie like myself.

Well, no. I am not confused by HPS/MH growing. It's the electricity bill that concerns me. I do see the difference in growth with CFL lighting.

Mello here is 5 he difference up front: this is the lady I have as old as your oldest. She has 3 weeks or so left of life... This is just how different lights speed things up. Your smaller plants would be around this size now.20140503_092700.jpg

Well right now I have 6 plants under 6 CFl's 6500k 82w 5,240 Lumens. Thinking of eliminating 3 of them though in order to maximize with the other 3 larger plants (6th node and they stopped growing.) For now I'll stay with CFL's, I was working on research for next grow. Possibly going 250w HPS/MH for one large plant at a time, maybe 2. Pics after darktime.
