You could put coco in netpots and use with your bubbler but that's not really much different than what you already have. I just get the cheap ass plastic grow bags instead of pots and pack em full of coco. I put three 1-gallon bags in a standard propagation tray and raise it slightly off the ground so I can fit a bucket under on of the corners. Poke a couple holes in the tray in the corner and all the water drains from the pots into the tray and then into the bucket. Easy.

It's especially good not only because it is about the cheapest setup possible but also because if you have plants of different heights you can raise up the shorter ones to even out your canopy. Impossible to do that with the hydro setup you have now.

they look like they are stretching quite a bit you might want to get the lights as close as you can so they don't have to look for it.

10 hour nap are you running 12/12 already? I would go 18/6 untill they have a root base before going that long without light. at 18/6 you will see some good veg growth.

I don't want sound like an ass telling you do to things diffrent. I jumped into learning how to grow and learned everything by trial and error. Plus countless hours of reading from this sight. I think I have more book smarts on this subject then acually grow time. just letting you know what has worked for me.

Holy crap, yea 10 hours is too much dark time. I have no dark time in veg. Lights are always on so I didn't have to bother lightproofing my veg room. But koolhand is right, you need at least 18 hours. This might explain your slow growth so far.
