She got nitrogen toxicity at week three of flower due to the slow release ferts i used, where they'd been spent they lowered the ph of the soil and shut out everything except the nitrogen. I stabilised it all with lime and she's been fine since and budded up quite nicely. However once they show the claw they stay clawed. It is my first time with this strain so will let you know in a couple of weeks how she crops.

Hmm, girlfriends boss said if we want we can take the four plants at his shop that are 2 months older than mine and flower them and just sell my clones at the shop, but i'd have to give him half the crop for all the effort.
I think i'd rather just grow my babies and take all the crop psh.
I told her to tell him to buy me a new system for them to flower in, and i'll grow them and give him all the crop.... might of came up on a good deal? whatcha think?

Well, im going to keep my clones.. I told her to tell him instead of that first idea, to just buy me a seperate system for his plants to flower in and i'll take care of all the TLC, and give him the harvest for him buying me a system. I mean i'm already not doing shit all day you know? lol.
But, i'm not getting rid of my plants, period. I already told her that and made it clear, it's just pointless.
But we'll see what happens, her boss makes like thousands of dollars a day, he doesnt give a shit.. I watch him throw pounds of weed around while hes pouring it into containers and whatnot dropping nugs on the floor.

I knocked over the northern lights dixie cup and some soil fell out, so I said fuck it and went ahead and transfered them all into the 5GAL pots, and gave them a little water to start them off + a spray down.
All of them actually had a crazy root system going, master bubba and hindu kush both were touching the bottom of the cup, northern lights slightly behind. but the DESERT DREAM! Holy moly did she have a lot of roots, good stuff.
Only thing I did really other than that is re-do the LST on the Desert dream, I thought i'd let the little clones settle before I mess wit' them.

Good decision on keeping your plants steezz, they're your girls man and halving your harvest would be too big a price to pay. I've used 2 gallon and three gallon pots on these two wish i had used 5 but hey nevermind. I will be potting up into 3 gallon baskets with the next lot, same principle as smartpots but cheaper. They've shown good results with the young trees at the nursery so thought i'd give them a go.

Nice, yea now that I see how HUGE 5GAL pots are, I thinks I should of went with 3-4GAL, but hey go big or go home right? lol.
I woke up this morning, and when the lights turn on I can directly look at my plants from where im sleeping, i'm literally like 2 feet away from the window on the side, but anyways it was like heaven.
my little girls are so happy to be in bigger pots, i can tell. Just overnight they completely changed form.

Slow release ferts? do I have these in my soil?

I added my slow release ferts and wish i hadn't, they're not easy to control in such a short growing cycle, fine for shrubs and trees but not so good for an annual plant like mj. Most substrates will tell you on the bag if they are prefertilised as they can charge you more for it. I use a mix of peat, wood bark and wood fibre that we buy by the artic load at work. You will know when your girls need feeding.
