Injunction stays as the original order

i think I'm reading it wrong as they aren't covered because their licenses lapsed...the part where it says "can change addresses" is the first part & since they didn't have valid licenses, there's no need to look at them needing to change addresses....this just made my day & then crashed my party!

So basically its what ive said all along.
The ol wallet vulture is only fighting for those who were already licensed and everyone else is stuck in the lp supply nightmare.

Not really that surprising since he is part owner of a a clinic promoting the use of lps.
I find it a weird conflict of interest but this day in age i suppose its normal.

too bad they didn't think to get a plaintiff included with a valid license but needed to move addresses
hindsight is 20/20 though...dreaming of the day we can change production addresses. so frustrating!!

I've asked before why anyone would let their licence(s) lapse....the worst that could happen has because some people didn't renew for whatever reason.

great point!

If people let their license expire because they just figured that was the way it was going and didn't bother applying,,, that's their fault!
People I know bent over backwards in order to get things signed when they should have been.
It was rather confusing and the tactics used were very underhanded.

I had mine lapse, 20 days short of the injunction. Had nothing to do with a supporting doctor or not. Feds told me to destory by a certain date. I didnt renew because i always possesd legal or not but why waste the hydro to veg plants then kill em? wasnt enough time for a full cycle.

My family doctor has and always will support my use and cultivation to fuel my use. He wrote me a note for cultivation and possesion to the same effect as my mmar, signed my ATP,PUPL pink sheets, gave me a doctors note and stamped it for 1year, linked all my documentation together so i dont really care if the man in uniform has a problem with it. What my doctor says, goes.

Even though I thought we were going to lose the injunction I continued as normal with my garden as I considered it a bigger risk to shut down and have to start all over again if we won, than it was to waste a bit of resources if we lost. Was extremely thankful I went that route as you can imagine when we won.

Exactly. People think the injunction was good for us, but all it did was box us in. Manson is just Harper's dancing puppet.
This is absolutely ridiculous, I would of been straight screwed if we would of lost that injunction. I'd be more than happy if the MMAR remained forever...If Manson was really Harper's puppet he would of rejected the injunction, their would be no supreme court date in Feb and all mmj would be forced in the MMPR....Some of the stuff you say Bizzy blows my mind, like wow.

I thought for sure we would win the injunction....so I planted on purpose for a march 31st harvest date....
because if the injunction had been a total failure....I would then have a full quota to destroy and in turn....
that full amount....to sue the government for....along with other costs...

Pretty much exactly how I feel. Extremely thankful for the injunction but would love a change of address.

What other recourse did the gov... leave those of us with one year invested into our own healthcare...
Bought equipment.and supplies ...learned to grow on a quick learning curve....
and then....slam....

I wasnt involved in this community any more, lots of goofs popped up on here and i left for about 2 years+...came back when i saw some meaningful posts. Had no idea what an injunction even ment. Im just a "closet" patient growing in his basement.

What do i do when i do something wrong? Dont do it again and stay informed :)

I hear ya brother, learn and move on.

So what does this mean? I have a valid license and made the deadline, but I moved . So can I grow or do I have to wait until the Feb court date now?

THE HEARING IN FEBRUARY IS AT FEDERAL COURT, NOT SUPREME COURT. Once the government appeals whatever decision then we'll be in SC. I believe the edibles case is going to SC however.
Opps, sorry, my bad. Thanks for the correction WHATFG...classic example of why to keep coming here lol.

I'm with ya brother. It was nervous as f"&$$ at my house that month but sure I am glad I didn't kill my girls. Hopefully everyone can grow soon with out the fear of prosecution.

Peace
