Injunction stays as the original order

75% of MMAR patients fell into the crack or of the 25% that did 75% are growing, etc., etc..

I was thinking in terms of those that fell through the cracks, 75 % or more get at least some of their meds from sources other than LP's. I would guess more than a few are still growing...

I was trying to determine how many people that might have been....trying to get an idea of the numbers...

It means that if you didn't have a valid atp BEFORE March 21, you're hooped. The judge picked those dates specifically to allow the MMPR to get off the ground.

they had to have figured ...somebody whose renewal happened to be an arbitrary day....just 365 days prior to the chosen date would be affected...at least everyone processed on that date....in prior years...

Ya they probably did dan but don't give a shit because it dosn't affect them personally. Still got my fingers crossed that sc up hold many patients including my rights and freedoms.

Peace

What the fuck does some arbitrary date have anything to do with the fact that I can not afford the LP game.
My costs to grow for the year are $900. That covers a replacement bulb, hydro, soil bails and newts.
Compared to $13,500 for a years worth from my LP, thats with the discount.
How can the judge say I can't grow but doesn't make disability cover it. How is that reasonable access.
We are all in this together, all you MMAR peeps that are covered by the injunction better help fight
for us MMPR peeps that are up shit creek. Typical divide and conquer method.

Firstly, we are all in this together and "us mmar" peeps are fighting as hard for all patients. Secondly, reasonable access apparently has nothing to do with being affordable. Just because YOU can't afford it doesn't mean your access in impeded.

Of course my access is impeded, I can't legally grow it because of the MMPR program I'm in and I can't afford it. This was the argument the cons made in court and it backfired because there is no access at all for me. The entire basis of the MMAR appeal is that you can't afford it from the LP's. So how does that argument not hold true for me. If disability doesn't cover it then I need my right to grow.

I was being somewhat sarcastic....I assumed you would know that. I totally agree-we should all be able to grow, and price will continue to be a barrier to access until legalization allowing homegrows happens.

My bad.
I just don't get how anyone ever thought black market prices or higher was even remotely possible under the LP program.
This is dried vegetable matter. It can be produced by the ton for pennies.
Prices under this LP program should have been capped at 2 dollars a gram with most being closer to a dollar.
As an example of a monthly supply of 200 grams should be 200 dollars.
That would still be tough to afford for some but would be reasonable.
My script is for 150 grams a month, with my discount from Mettrum on the first 30 grams
for the SLH the only one they have that works for me is $1,250 bucks a month.
$1,250 every fuckin month is never gonna happen.
This is a permanent condition I medicate for.
Can you imagine $1,250 invested monthly amortized over 10 years.

I know a way to spend 1250 only once...ROI is usually pretty good
