Child rapist in the regular context is not the context of this situation.
It's statutory rape in the eyes of the law because the law says that someone under a certain age is incapable of giving consent, regardless if they did or not.
The girl was a member of a sugar baby website, a sugar baby = a woman who has sex with an older man in exchange for money and or gifts, which is another name for prostitution.
The girl had consensual sex with Cody Wilson, apparently he paid her about £500 to do so, she was not forced to have sex against her will.
Why the fuck would the girl sign up to the website, have consensual sex for money and then file charges against him?
The age of consent in most of the USA is 16, it just so happens that in Texas where Cody lives the age of consent is 17.
In the next state over from Texas in Oklahoma and in Arkansas it's 16.
So what you are saying is he's a scumbag kiddy fiddler in Texas but not if he had driven to a hotel a few miles away in Oklahoma or Arkansas?
