just for an update i raised the light to 18''s and i dimmed the ballast to 275watts, from the original 400watts
also i gave them water, i lifted the cups and they were light as a feather but the top was moist and they perked up nicely
ok i took a few pics, now it seems to have gotten darker, is it nute burn from the Miracle grow moisture control soil? or heat? the heat and humidity stays on average now 70-77 and humidity 50%
HELP!

HELP!
I had something very similar to this using the same soil. I flushed it several times over about a week. the spots stopped spreading and now they plant is doing pretty great. Next grow I plan on going with something without nutes already in it.
i dont think its heat or humidity. i have had bad luck in the past with that soil for other plants, i'm a landscaper. you got too much time and money into this sweet room , go get some good soil and repot while they look bad.that soil does have alot of extra nutes that kinda get used right away so it might be from the mg. good luck
It's over watering. Not saying you are over watering it since who knows what the hell that moisture control is doing. Go get some Pro-mix, sunshine or other soiless "dirt"
If you can up pot with some new medium it'll help, but don't up pot if the roots aren't ready. They look border line for an up pot.
If they were mine...
I would raise the temp to 80-82
Wait a couple days
Pot up using a mix
i got some, foxfarm ocean forest soil, transplanted to 1 gallon pots.. spots stop spreading an plants r perky. ill post some pics later today. i put the light down to 16 inches and popped on the full 400watt. i will begin nutes in about 2 weeks, i will follow the foxfarm nute chart
