newbie here....ventilation for cfl cabinet

What's the best way to ventilate this grow cabinet without using big exhaust fans?....will CPU fans work for exhaust and intake?............I'm using a cfl setup!!!
2' wide
2' deep
69" tall

Walgreens has 6" desktop fans for 10 bucks. I have one of these that surprisingly, has lasted me about 3 years running daily over my desk at work 5 days a week, and quite a few hours at home too.
Well worth the $10.

I use 4 pc fans (2 intake and 2 exhaust) and they keep my file cabinet in the 72-88 degree range.
