Amazing! I gave you some solid advice and pointers, asked the right questions, you insult, and STILL don't get it.

Yeah, it was a big waste of time. Guess I'll never learn......

OP: To put it simply: Anyone claiming that those plants pictured in the original post are locked out simply lacks the growing skill to identify what a plant needs by looking at the foliage. That's a nice way of saying that they are inferior "growers." Again, there are no signs of those plants being locked out. They are a pale shade of green, otherwise healthy, with a few lower fans yellowing due to deficiency. Once again, keep your ph in line and bump up your TDS a little bit.

We all have our ways of growing. You aren't going to have things figured out from reading these posts, though they'll point you in a direction, right or wrong. It's your first grow and your plant is still alive so good for you. More than I can say about myself

I don't know what's up with your plant but it looks like a lock out. You grow in coco so I have no idea, grandmah grows organic. Those leaves happen to me at times and what helps me is magnesium but we do grow differently and I'm sure there's some mag in your nutes. I wouldn't cut the leaves off though. Let the plant take what it needs from the leaves
Thank you Grandmah...that's what I thought too................no wonder I don't go past tnt much anymore :wall:

You will, it just takes time and "really" being able to read your plants :hump:
Yeah im kinda realizing certain changes in them, i noticed they always look amazing after the dark period, all the leafs rise up, then before the light period ends they seem to slump abit, is that normal?

Absolutely, MJ is what is known as a C3 plant, which means it "can" I stress the word "can" do 24 hour light period and it will still photosynthesize and create food from the light...but as we know things work better with rest, they do get tired just like we do....peace

OP, UncleBen is probably the top dog around here in terms of botanical knowledge. He did say anything to offend, but was just in awe that you (and others, me a couple years ago) will just feed anything not fully understanding how the food stands up to the needs of the plant. Not all nutes are created equally and unless you know what's in them, at what ratios, and what amount the plant can comfortably consume, you'll be running into problems for a long time to come. I sure did. Worst part is you'll never know what the root cause was for each problem.

Wanna school one more guy? Would you please explain to Dankfactory that not all lockouts will look the same? Different salts get locked out under different circumstances correct? I'm just tryin to avoid the spread of misinformation

He can be short. He's probably helped thousands of people... And I mean that literally. I know I drove him nuts when I first ran into him but he pointed me in the right direction and showed me others that have helped me tons.

Thanks UB. And good luck itsjustme84. Growing is a lifelong journey. Just when you think you got the green thumb, Mother Nature will show you she still has a trick up her sleeve. Never stop learning

I get that m8 but its hard to take advice when im getting spoken to like that, i didnt understand the guy, and i explained this, it was only when d boii explained i got what he was getting at but even then i thought well my nutes are ok my friends not stupid hes grown for years, so obviously i dont care who he is when hes telling me im doing shit wrong when he hasnt even seen my grow, just because you know your shit doesnt give u the right to undermine what another persons doing, theres no way he knows wether im doing it wrong or not, telling me im giving salt and shit to my plants without knowing what i even given them is a dick move, tell me to go ahead and kill my plants is a dick move, somethings worked for me so far, the first two weeks were hit and miss but my plants are doing well and i aint having someone come on a post and tell me if i dont know this and i dont know that then i shouldnt grow, like i cant learn while im doing it, he might know what hes doing but the guys a dick, an experienced one, but to me a dick none the less,
