No shit... Can you suggest what kind of vac chamber & pump to use? All the other stuff looks pretty straight forward (ie lazer therm., hot plate, Pyrex)

and you are correct midnite (about it being better because there is no more plant matter left in it) if you blast it with butane, you dont actually have to purge out the butane completely IF and ONLY IF you are going to winterize it. and that is when you put your bho into everclear then place in the freezer for 24 to 48 hours what this does is actually separate the fats waxes and lipids that are picked up by the butane. once you have strained that and evaporated off the everclear, you are left with pure oil goodness with zero plant material or solvents,

yes this process has to be done correctly, but so does growing pot if you dont know what your doing you could give people weed with shit sprayed all over it, and if anyone thinks there outdoor crops they get from people dont have pesticides sprayed on them you are higher then me

Yup doing it correctly is my goal. I have much to lose starting a fire or blowing myself up. I am really concerned about safety and not sure I have an adequate space to work making honey oil. But I do want to try it when I gain a bit more knowledge to do it safely.

Bubble hash comes with a while bunch of impurities.. in the concentrate area..we call dirt, cat/dog hair, rocks, leaf, plastic tie wraps, etc.. those are called impurities.. all are pretty dang easy to find with bubble and a microscope..

There are dangers to be avoided with bho. So ALWAYS have your thinking cap on.

I never put so much little effort into weed to get something so amazing out with butane.

A vac and chamber are not necessary if you have plenty of time.. those along with heat mostly help speed up the process

If the world ran out of butane. I would start b extracting with ethanol. If that disappeared. I would then only go to ice :)

Hey man there's only belly button lint and toe jam in my bubble hash! Seriously tho I like how you prioritize BHO, solvent, bubble. Puts this in perspective now I'm committed it trying.

You should check out the other ISO threads, there are some very nice pictures. TC does have his tech down really well. I prefer doing ISO just because its easier to work with (once you get your technique down).

use common sense unfortunately there are alot of people that lack it, also a basic understanding of butane helps, knowing that it is heavier then air and pools on the floor is something to note.

and there are the basics dont smoke cigarettes, dont smoke blunts, and dont get a feeling like you need a dab in the middle of blasting.
i swear that has got to be how people are blowing themselves up blasting then doing a dab

I will try making ISO to start but if it turns out good BHO will bey next trick . Thunder cats ISO method looks fairly simple and the results look very tasty. Thanks for all the help

Yup Oakley method was the first method I used, but I do like TC's method. Imma try that with 10g of shake I got from Kase.

Personally I don't really like qwiso but it beats buds...nothing comes close to good bho, the flavor is way better consistency is better potency is higher..I've recently had multiple samples of Both and this held true for all of them..with the bho, after a few days I notice I feel better in the morning and I don't smoke as much or cough as much..when I run out and go back to bud I feel raspy in the morning and It just feels dirtier, the resin and ash and coughing...bho is the way to go!

Some of my best product came out of qwiso.. but. My best products have come out of butane.

I've noticed my lungs and smoke spit, have become much cleaner since I haven't been smoking too many flowers.

My lungs feel much better "vapeing" the oil, and I notice I cough much more when I smoke flowers at all now. I smoked a blunt for that matter last night, and coughed my ass off through the whole thing. I woke up this morning with terrible dry mouth for the first time in awhile too. I definitely love my water filtered oil dabs! Though I do usually love my qwiso, as with anything i think starting material can make the biggest difference when its all said and done. Technique being right behind it. I actually just got done dabbing some LA confidential BHO a friend of mine traded me the other day. It was decent, seemed clean enough but did have a weird flavor to it(which easily could have been the material). I think alot of the stuff I've seen from you BHO guys is prolly better.

you ever hear about mollies? or tobacoo mixed with the weed in bongs.. holy fuck, that shit is soo gross and hard. but some peeps love that shit.. ewwwww

I personally don't dig tobacco at all. I have never smoked it in any form other then a blunt wrap thats my limit. I do love a good blunt, I really enjoy a nice honey green leaf dutchie. Until april me and the wife would smoke 2 blunts a night. Then I got my dabbing rig :) at the cup in Denver :). We still enjoy a blunt now and then, but I love how smooth the dabs are, and how much better I feel the next day. Sadly my tolerance is ^^^^^^ but what can I say....A dab will still do ya!

Although tobacco does go well with certain other substances namely dissociatives and opiates (sorry, yea I know this is just weed section) I never understood how people could actually get addicted and need tobacco..though back in the day I puffed on pipe tobacco alot..stuffs horrible for you..never got into cigarettes...tasted too nasty....I love a nice hashy blunt....best of both worlds....cause ya know, blunts are just plain awesome
